От самого начала пребывания мы почувствовали невероятную заботу и гибкость со стороны персонала. Регистрация прошла легко и быстро — достаточно было просто написать на WhatsApp, и все вопросы решались оперативно, с чёткими ответами и предложениями. Даже вопрос о продлении номера на более поздний выезд был решён без необходимости подходить к стойке. Особенно приятно было внимание со стороны руководителя отеля Серика, который лично интересовался нашим комфортом — это создало атмосферу уюта и доверия.
Отдельная благодарность персоналу Kids Club — всё организовано безупречно! Нам достаточно было оставить номер телефона, и мы всегда получали всю необходимую информацию, включая шоу-программы. Расположение клуба просто отличное: рядом с общим бассейном, удобно наблюдать за детьми, пока сами загораем неподалёку. Это позволило нам максимально расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом всей семьёй.
А десерты — это просто отдельное наслаждение! Настолько вкусные, что даже магазин «Ваниль» отдыхает. Каждый кусочек — как праздник: нежные, свежие, с тонко сбалансированным вкусом.
Если бы ещё шубат и кумыз подавались ежедневно, тёплый чай с тары — это было бы просто идеально! Очень хотелось бы видеть больше акцента на казахскую кухню: она добавила бы глубины и уникальности впечатлениям. Такие элементы создают особую связь с местной культурой и оставляют приятные воспоминания.
Что касается завтраков — выбор был разнообразным, но, пожалуй, вместо классической русской закуски было бы приятнее видеть национальные блюда. Например, казы или говяжий язык — они придали бы утреннему столу неповторимый казахский вкус и подчеркнули бы региональную самобытность. Такие детали делают отдых по-настоящему запоминающимся.

Шикарный алкоголь всех мастей, особенно, в лобби – тут и выбор полный и наливают идеальные пропорции.
В отеле отличный детский клуб – это просто отдушина для родителей), куда можно сдать чадо хоть на весь день. А еще, бассейн для взрослых (куда не пускают детей) – не кайф ли!?)))
В течение дня проводились какие-то активности для взрослых (йога, кроссфит, пляжный волейбол, аквааэробика, дартс и тп.), зазывали очень ненавязчиво. Вся информация по взрослым и детским активностям выкладывалась ежедневно в телеграмм канале отеля – очень удобно.
Кормили хорошо, вкусно, выбор большой. Отмечу, что не было совсем свинины (но это, в принципе, понятно), зато полно курицы, баранины, говядины. Была утка, рыба (типа сибас), устрицы, разок давали раков. Много всякой выпечки и тортиков, куча разных фруктов. На улице что-то жарили на открытом огне, стряпали блины. Было бесплатное мороженное в ресторане и на пляже. В течение дня в лобби можно было лопать печеньки. Пару раз в ресторане видела живую музыку (скрипка, саксофон) – атмосферно.
В отеле замечательный SPA и когда на улице холодно - хорошая альтернатива времяпрепровождения.
Из минусов отеля, я бы отметила слабую вечернюю анимацию: по вечерам часто была живая музыка в баре Инфинити (кажется, так называется), иногда дискотека на пляже – на этом, собственно, вся развлекуха. Если тебе холодно, то ты идешь в лобби-бар - музыку уже не слышишь. Короче, вечером было скучновато.
И еще момент, на мой взгляд, нахватает теплого бассейна для детей на улице. Взрослый бассейн с подогревом, почти «горячие источники», а вот детские басики – холодные и когда малышня видит, как взрослые «разлагаются» в лаунж-бассейне - им становится очень обидно.
Мало киосков с одеждой (у нас потеряли чемодан и были вынуждены покупать вещи там, а выбора практически нет, а с размерами, вообще, проблема. Учитывая нашу ситуацию, порадовал ассортимент в номере: в ванной было практически все необходимое.
