Dear RWWA team I appreciate your interest in customer experience First and foremost, I would like highlight the importance of comfort for families since the majority of your customers are. It would be better to put lounge amenities outside of the egress doors to the central meadow a bit further to lessen the smoke from cigarettes coming inside the building from double doors. Another paramount point is that none of your customers aware where the muster point is and how to react in case of emergency (fire, drill, false activation etc) Each and everyone shall be instructed on safety. Your customers shall feel care from your side and be secure during their stay. Food and beverages, I would say that apart from alcohol there is not much to indulge gourmet lovers at your facilities. Mostly caught my eyes were veggies and sauces. Would be great to have at least mozzarella in addition to what you have for plate of cheese (not asking Camembert, Dor blu, cheddar, Parmesan and so on)

Comfortable family-orientated hotel overlooking Caspian Sea

Very comfortable, spacious rooms and friendly staff, who could not have been more helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was lovely to look out of the window onto the Caspian Sea. This is definitely more of a family-orientated hotel though, so if you are looking for a quiet solo trip then it perhaps isn't for you.

My friends and I spent one night at this hotel in April 3 2024. Our rooms were lovely, clean and pleasant. The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and generous. The dining room was ample food. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in. Thanks for making our visit to Rixos Water Warld Aktau enjoyable. Highly recommended

A perfect stay for family, especially for kids

I came there with my wife and my 4 year old daughter. It was a good experience for relaxing and have some fun. The hotel is new well decorated with modern staff, the staffs are very kind and helpful. There is an amazing water park with a lot of slides for adults and kids. A wonderful amusement park with many games. The foods was perfect with good variety. Many programs and games for kids. Just need to mention that, it is a family based hotel, no suitable for singles. There is no program or show for adults at the night, just live music.

I will never travel here again and I will not suggest my friends to stay here.

This hotel was not like the Rixos hotel in other countries.Facilities and entertainment were not good.None of the hotel's pools and facilities were active. The quality of the food was low.The amount paid for 4 nights was much more expensive than the actual value of the hotel. We were fooled by the advertisements.
