Dear Guest, First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Upon review, it appears that there was a mix-up with the room number, which may have resulted in an incorrect room key being issued. We deeply regret that this situation made you feel as though you were being questioned about your presence in the room. Additionally, although you had provided your credit card at check-in, we understand that you were informed at the restaurant that charges could not be posted to your room. This was due to an internal communication error, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
