地理位置不错,距离仁川机场T2非常近,非常适合转机旅客;酒店提供免费的机场穿梭shuttle,非常方便,发车时间非常准时,但可能会遇到乘车人数较多满员的情况。需要注意的是,酒店不提供牙刷,如需要可以在旁边便利店购买

15号晚间 有空房 不给调换。 另外房间不提供牙刷, 酒店在我预定的时候没有明确说明不提供。不停的重复什么自己去买。英文没达标服务的水平? 空间非常小很局促, 房价近200美金 没想到会是这个体验。 硬件设施这么差,服务更差。不会再来

Upon review, it appears that there was a mix-up with the room number, which may have resulted in an incorrect room key being issued. We deeply regret that this situation made you feel as though you were being questioned about your presence in the room. Additionally, although you had provided your credit card at check-in, we understand that you were informed at the restaurant that charges could not be posted to your room. This was due to an internal communication error, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
