I recently stayed at ibis Styles Ambassador Yongsan and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding hospitality I received from Ms. Carmen Yue at the front desk. After enduring a long and exhausting red-eye flight, I arrived at the hotel feeling completely worn out. However, the warmth and genuine care from Ms. Carmen instantly lifted my spirits. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming — making me feel not like a guest, but like I was returning home. What touched me the most was how she truly understood the fatigue and discomfort I was experiencing. With her empathy and thoughtful service, she went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and comfortable, which made a world of difference after my journey. It is rare to meet someone who brings such heart and passion into their work. Ms. Carmen Yue is a true gem and a wonderful ambassador for the ibis Styles brand. Because of her, my stay started on the best possible note, and I will surely return to this hotel on my next visit to Seoul.
