I would always like to stay Seoul Dragon City Ibis Styled since 2021? After Covid. Since then coming back to this hotel. It is my favourite place to stay. My sister has invited me for two nights for me and my sister in law. We enjoyed Sauna with help of staff Carmen Yeu. Thank you Carmen!

酒店位置很好，地铁和机场巴士都可以到达，前台服务很好，注意事项都会说清楚，退房那天找不到机场巴士位置，服务员还引导我过去，告诉我具体位置，很感谢。入住的时候，房间打扫的也很干净，开门遇到楼道中整理房间的人员，也都微笑致意。总体感觉很好，下次如果出行，考虑还住这里。

Upon my early arrival after an overnight flight, I was exhausted, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request. She was very understanding of my situation and, while I waited for the room to be ready, she provided thoughtful options and recommendations to help me freshen up. 1.第一天的洗澡水是温的，房间又非常冷。打电话给前台，说是我用错了。第二天水就比较热。2.以前入住小冰箱里都有饮料和酒，这次只有水，给前台打电话想点点酒没人接。3.酒店一楼的甜品非常难吃，以前入住感觉很好吃。这次的甜品葡萄蛋糕把葡萄吃了其他扔了，甜得让人难受，酸奶碗也一般。唯独迪拜巧克力很好吃。4..在酒店候车的时候还遇到了一个自称加拿大华人的女的，好像是骗子，让我们买东西，并且说需要帮助让我们替她付一晚上的房费，治安存在隐患。总之本次体验感较差。但是酒店环境还是很好的空气流通较好。
