Great rooms, very clean and modern. Fantastic river view from my room. Excellent service by the team, especially Pamela at the front desk. I had a two night stay at the hotel and the location was very close to a lot of restaurants and a metro station as well. Overall a memorable experience!

Excellent hotel rooms and bed were wonderful. Great food in hotels French Restaurant All the staff were very helpful The coffee bar in the entrance has great coffee, tea and an eye watering selection of pastries and desserts. The staff in the coffee bar are very pleasant and give wonderful service

優點：乾淨舒適 缺點： 1. 洗澡水忽冷忽熱 2. 房務人員把客人放在房內的黏毛滾輪拿走，還要客人自己去詢問要回，飯店也沒有表示任何歉意

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We are pleased to hear that you found our facilities clean and comfortable. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the fluctuating shower water temperature. Please be assured that we will have our maintenance team investigate this matter promptly to prevent any future issues. Additionally, we are sorry for the situation regarding the roller. It is not our standard practice to remove personal items from the rooms without prior communication. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and we will ensure that this does not happen again in the future. The hotel is amazing and clean and the service was great but what made it really special for us is the staff. Each one of them was beyond helpful with everything we needed. It was our first time visiting Korea and we will make sure to come back to the same hotel for our next visit. Highly recommend
