Front office day Kim is very nice, you can find it if you have any questions. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. From the prompt check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, every interaction made my experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Day Kim for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Your dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for making my visit memorable!

I’m very disappointed to discover that several items I bought in Korea were missing from my luggage after our stay. We always double-check our room before leaving. I hope this can be taken seriously. I dont have any problems with the location, hotel services. Everything is great except we are missing stuffs.
