Based on our review, the reservation had been made under a different name from the guest presenting for check-in. In such situations, our team is required to verify the reservation details and guest information before granting access to a guest room. These procedures are in place to protect the security and privacy of all guests and are applied consistently regardless of nationality or background. We understand that the verification process may have been frustrating, particularly after your travel arrangements had changed unexpectedly. However, the checks carried out by our Front Office team were intended solely to confirm the reservation details and ensure a secure check-in process.
