床品舒服 床垫和枕头都很舒服 汝矣岛店的客房房间较宽敞 平台给定成7晚不同的房间，前台很贴心帮我们把房间合并到同一间 前台会中文 沟通畅通 浴缸是黑色如果浴缸是白色就更好了

短短三天两夜的住宿发生了很多故事 一个是我手链上的吊坠掉了 自己都没有发现 第二天回到房间发现打扫阿姨帮忙找到并放在了茶盘附近我放化妆包的地方 前一天晚上手链是在床附近散开的 这个吊坠很小 我自己也完全没有发现东西掉了 非常感谢。 另一件事是我们叫了炸鸡外卖但是迟迟没有送到 甚至外卖员二次送达以后又立马离开了 因为语言不通我们拜托当天值班的kira（3月9号晚上12点左右值班的小姐姐 不知道有没有写错名字）她和另一个值班的叔叔一起帮忙和店家沟通了很久 给我们找解决方案 感觉非常贴心❤️

酒店较新，离地铁口近，但洗手台设计不太合理，使用八大洲预订也没有升档房礼遇，包含的餐饮额度也不能用于room service
