⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly luxurious. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring lobster, Peking duck, and even sparkling wine — a wonderful way to start the day. The location is excellent, conveniently close to a luxury shopping mall and the train station, making it very easy to get around. Went to the 29th floor restaurant for food drinks. Raphael and Terry took very good care of us. So happy to be there. Everything from the rooms to the service exceeded expectations. We will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.

整体感觉一般，办理入住时态度不好，在知道我不太会英语的情况下，依然说而且语速越来越快！房间的洗漱台上没有牙具和牙膏 漱口水也没有，还没有夜床服务。

We are truly sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, particularly during the check-in process. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced due to the communication at the front desk. Regardless of language proficiency, our team should always communicate patiently, clearly, and with consideration. Your comments have been shared with the Front Office team, and we will reinforce language awareness and service attitude training to ensure more respectful and comfortable interactions for all guests. We also regret that the bathroom amenities, including toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash, were not available in your room, and that turndown service was not provided. Please note that some amenities are provided upon request in line with current sustainability practices; however, this should have been clearly explained to you during your stay. We apologize that this was not communicated properly and for any inconvenience it caused. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us identify areas where we must improve. What a pleasant stay. Great hotel and even better team From John's check in, Camille and Damien pleasant attitude, we thought our stay could not get any better until we had dinner in Mariposa. Terry, Raphael and Chef Andre all took very well care of us to ensure a pleasant romantic evening Thank you to their GM Franck who suggested us to experience Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

Fairmont staff are very nice and helpful, especially Sunny from the concierge. I have big box need to send to Australia, without her I won’t able to send it back. She was stuck with me for 50mins patiently and gave me all the information I need to know. Thank you so much Sunny and you are the star.
