We sincerely appreciate your kind words about our pet-friendly policy and are glad to hear that this aspect is important to you. We are, however, truly sorry to learn that your overall experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the pet cleaning fee and housekeeping services. We understand your concerns about the daily cleaning fee and the level of pet-related amenities and cleaning provided. Your comparison with other hotels is very helpful, and we will review our pet cleaning procedures and amenities to see where we can improve and better differentiate our services. Regarding your dining experience, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the piecemeal service and the additional charge for the takeout box. This is certainly not the seamless, attentive service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our restaurant team to ensure better communication and guest care. We appreciate your positive comments about the room layout, in-room washer/dryer, and the prompt resolution of the towel issue. At the same time, we regret the discomfort caused by the condition of the ironing board, dining chairs, sofa, and armchairs. Your observations about cleanliness and maintenance are taken seriously, especially given the pet cleaning fee, and we will prioritize improvements in these areas. It’s encouraging to hear your appreciation for the concierge team’s efforts. We will continue to support and train our staff to enhance their service skills further. A generally good (not great) stay, but marred by noisy/inconsiderate guests and poor soundproofing

We’re delighted to know that you found the location, suite amenities, and our team’s service at the front desk and concierge to be positives during your stay. We’re also glad that the convenience of the nearby shopping mall, transportation options, and 24-hour access to essentials added to your overall experience. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by noise disturbances and inconsistent housekeeping. We fully agree that all guests deserve a peaceful and restful stay, and it is regrettable that your experience was impacted by other guests' inconsiderate behavior. Your point is well taken regarding the response to the noise issue, and we are reviewing our procedures to handle such situations more assertively and effectively to better protect the comfort of our guests.
