1、儿童入住没有提供礼物及用品（在其他novo会提供无需特意要求） 2、在标明可入住时间后2个小时入住依旧没有房，还需要等！而且酒店内部系统混乱！在确认我入住后等房期间又说没有我的订单！耽误我很长时间！ 3、住店期间，我的干发帽不翼而飞！我又去前台沟通过了一天才找到！被house keeping收走了！

入住流程快，酒店地理位置比较不错，但是房间一进去就有股臭味，就像是抹布放了很久的那种酸臭味，本来想第二天早上再和前台反应，结果睡了一晚后味道消失了，我是思维很敏感的人，这点上不太满意

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean. Location was excellent as very close to train station.

I took my Mom here for her 80th birthday and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was her first time back in Korea since emigrating to Canada 55 years ago. The location is excellent, being so close to Yongsan station and iPark Mall. Being centrallly located in Seoul, this hotel is the ideal spot to serve as a home base as one explores different parts of the city. The double twin suite we stayed in was clean and well serviced on a regular basis. The fitness center had everything that a fitness enthusiast would want, located on the 4th floor. The highlight of our stay was a surprise greeting from Zarina Ashurmetova, the Guest Experience Manager, who, along with a team member brought my Mom a most thoughtful birthday present. I could see how genuine their delight was in creating such a happy moment for my Mom. You can't go wrong in staying at the Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. Highly recommended!
