住了两晚，整体是愉快的，也留下了不少美好记忆；只是，中间穿插了一些小插曲，让这趟普吉岛之行偶尔多了几次“颠簸”。 酒店配备了 24 小时管家服务，本应是加分项。只是实际体验中，回复节奏有时略慢，其中两次等待时间差不多两小时，让人体会到“慢节奏度假”。 酒店整体很新，人少而安静，安静到一种近乎“被包场”的程度——无论是早餐餐厅、泳池还是前台，常常只有我们这一组客人。硬件条件不错，房间配有宽敞的私人泳池和双人按摩浴缸；园区内小电瓶车配备充足，响应及时、随叫随到，工作人员态度友好，甚至可以送至沙滩、711 等地点，等我们逛完再送回房间，整体便利性和舒适度都在线。 但也正因为定位为奢华度假酒店，一些细节反而显得不太“对位”。例如，第一次打开淋浴时，花洒正对着人，冷水毫无预警地迎面而来，多少有点考验住客的心理素质。也不免让人好奇，客房在交付前，是否设有完整的检查流程。当晚入睡前，又在枕头下发现了四根头发，床单上也有明显污渍。反馈给管家后，处理态度是积极的：当晚亲自更换了床品，前后折腾了将近一小时，并补偿了一份漂浮早餐和一份水果拼盘。值得肯定的是，第二天的房间清洁非常仔细，问题没有再出现。如果管家同时需要处理多间客房的事务，回复偏慢，倒也在情理之中。 不过，部分体验仍与“奢华”二字略有出入。提前备注了纪念日，但房间并未做任何布置；欢迎礼盒本身不错，但仅限入住当天，之后的夜床并无任何小点心——这一点在同级别酒店中并不常见。 更让人意外的是，一次性拖鞋居然不能带走。询问是否为一次性用品时，得到的回复也较为模糊。住过不少酒店，这还是第一次遇到“一次性拖鞋需要原地归还”的情况。至于房间里那两只可爱的小熊，自然也是不能带走的，这一点倒在意料之中。好在，提前询问能否保留一张房卡作纪念，前台并未额外收费。 退房时，刚踏出房间，便看到司机、管家等四五位工作人员在门口等候，本以为是一场颇为隆重的送别，结果是客房阿姨立刻入内清点物资。流程上无可指摘，但观感上略显仓促，也让人多少有些不自在——好在，我们确实什么都没拿。 总体来说，这是一家硬件优秀、环境安静、员工友善的酒店；只是，若能大气一些，在真正的奢华体验上，或许会更接近它原本应有的位置。
