1.门前大上坡，出行特别不方便 2.前台服务人员态度差，预定了不同的房型，需要先退房等三个小时再入住 3.分配的房间位置特别差，正对着建筑工地，噪音从早到晚，无法入睡 4.餐厅的食物太差了，连泰国的打抛饭都做不好，特别甜

整体入住很好，而且是安排的最高层，环境和卫生程度都很好，就是很可惜第一天整个KATA停电了，导致晚上没有空调，酒店虽然发电了但是带不动空调。其他都很棒，包括餐厅的早餐以及泳池服务到位，酒店静谧休息得很好，工作人员态度好，服务到位，特别是前台工作人员中员工熟悉中文与英文，有机会我肯定还要来。唯一有一点可惜的是，酒店暂停了洗衣服务，我去年入住该酒店的时候对该酒店的洗衣服务特别满意，当时的衣服洗完之后非常干净整洁且香味适宜，今年我还挺期待的，但是今年没有，希望该酒店恢复洗衣服务。

1.购买的家庭套餐非常的差，赠品敷衍，娱乐设施粗糙和娱乐项目体验差，晚间电影就是电视里放个片子，周边的小孩吵闹没法看，只能放弃 2.酒店房间非常潮湿，地面产生大量水雾，在地砖上引起水渍很容易滑倒，非常的危险，为了降低湿度必须把空调调得很低，非常的冷。房间隔音非常差，不光是走廊游客的吵杂声，酒店员工的说话和工作的时候也是非常的吵闹，不知是否有相关培训。酒店早餐也是很一般，没有亮点。

整体营销部门包括了我反馈的问题，解决得很快。但是感觉 Warm Surface 和大堂的节奏有点慢，应付不过来。 1. 酒店服务： (a) 标榜比较高档的酒店，但是入住的时候等待时间过长，也没有 welcome drink 和冰毛巾。 (b) 假不言喻，有一些细节还需要提高。比如按摩，我们想做一个音波按摩，就说技师没有，无法安排。 (c) 结束时间也太早了，7 点就结束了。 2. 餐饮与价格： (a) 当然，价格便宜是一个大优点。 (b) 餐厅吃饭也非常好吃，尤其五折卡之后跟下面的小店价格差不多，性价比可以说拉满了。

整体挺好，就是每天爬坡确实有点吃力，就当锻炼了，服务人员很热情，缺点就是卫生打扫不及时有时早上出门下午回来卫生还没打扫

酒店本身非常老旧，感觉管理者破罐破摔，不重新装修维护就算了，连常规的易耗品都不做维护，比如防滑垫布满了陈年污垢，被单是化纤的，在这个潮湿的屋子里用起来特别影响睡眠，毛巾已经洗到边角脱线了还在继续使用，电吹风是坏的，烧水壶款式老旧，进水盖子非常难打开，各个角落都让人崩溃。替员工感到难过，他们只能不停向我们表示抱歉，但这些东西不是他们的原因造成的。

整体很一般，没有一次性拖鞋，卫生打扫也不够干净，整体房子设备都比较老，房间都没有排风，除湿设置

酒店环境好，距离卡塔海滩仅5分钟路程，酒店内用餐环境好，早餐丰富，晚餐品种多，可以选择范围也多。酒店泳池干净，娱乐设施也多。家人和孩子都很喜欢。

非常安静，泳池和阳台景观很好 唯一不好的是健身房。没有擦汗毛巾。哑铃凳座椅是坏的，非常不舒服而且容易受伤。其他器材非常单一。这个健身房配不上你们那么好的环境、环境和非常友善的服务人员。

已经提前发过邮件说不要尾房了，但是还是安排在了保洁室旁边角落的房子。对面就是一堵墙，以为这只是偶然，翻看携程评价发现很多中国游客也被安排了这间房子，携程还说有华人管家，结果所有的人都不会中文，英语也一塌糊涂。这还不算什么，最可怕的是房间里估计得有几亿只蚂蚁，几天时间我的化妆包游戏机上全是密密麻麻的小虫子，酒店门口还有一个巨陡巨陡巨陡的坡，不值这个价
