We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially sun and Sid, who always assisted us with a smile.

Amazing stay! Yasser and Sid were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. The service was seamless, the atmosphere was lovely, and every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. Thanks to Yasser and Sid, our stay was not just comfortable but memorable. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely love to return again!

We stayed for a week over Christmas so the hotel was at capacity. Despite this the staff were all wonderful and took care of us very well. The room was lovely, well maintained and cleaned every day perfectly. We had a couple of days where pool towels were not replaced in the room, but a quick call to reception and that problem was remedied promptly. We did find that in order to get a lounger at the pool, you needed to be up early and get your towel on it otherwise you were hunting. It would be useful if like at other hotels there were signs indicating that if a bed was left unattended for longer than say 30 mins the items would be removed to a safe area for collection. Portosino and Chard were both very good restaurants but pricey. There are a lot of lovely local restaurants nearby that are a third of the price. All in all a lovely stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.
