Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our facilities, especially the multiple swimming pools that provided a relaxing atmosphere for your family. However, we sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your stay, including the confusion regarding your room service charges, the early wake-up call from housekeeping, and the issue with the umbrella request. These are certainly not the standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will address these issues with the team to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests. Regarding the breakfast, we understand your disappointment with the missing hash browns, and we will look into improving the variety and quality of breakfast items moving forward. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the drainage issue in your bathroom. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback, and it will be used to enhance our services.
