我们从2024年11月11日入住B大楼，大堂人员热情接待，客房服务人员见面也会主动招呼。但是在2024年11月15日晚上，卫生间的门滑落，我们受到很大的惊吓。门摔碎了，玻璃渣碎了整房间，手也被划破了。建议给玻璃门都贴上保护膜，以免被玻璃划伤。整个房间的设施都很陈旧，容易出现故障。

每次来普吉岛就选这个酒店，算了一下已经在这个酒店住了5次，每次都很开心。酒店员工从礼宾部到前台和客房服务还有餐厅的员工都非常友善。缺点是房间很老旧，并且早餐真的不丰富味道也不好吃，这两点确实让人觉得遗憾，毕竟我付了200多欧一晚的房费？
