小朋友不小心摔坏了塑料纸巾盒,居然要求赔偿1000泰铢,远超市场价值,第一次遇到赔偿事件,何况我们公司几乎包场了,提供了那么大订单,利润不够一个塑料纸巾盒吗!!!

酒店环境非常好,早餐很丰富,泳池很多可以选择自己喜欢的,酒店每晚的自助餐也很不错,不太方便的是离711稍微远了点,按摩店也比较远,还有就是房间的门卡不太好开门,总体来说还是很适合带老人和小孩来住的

1、热带地区每天每房间限定4瓶总2000ml,2人人均1000ml,非常过分。服务人员甚至不同意单独购买,难道酒店希望住客从这么大的酒店外边背水吗?战时有Ration,计划经济有Ration,热带5星级酒店put ration on water,this is totally insane; 2、酒店服务:我和太太多年前层入住这家酒店(Hilton),曾留下非常美好的印象。现如今服务人员服务不主动,甚至听不懂英文,向要两双一次性酒店拖鞋和硬枕头都很费劲; 3、酒店危险设计:5星级酒店室内地面水平高高低低,顾客入住陌生酒店,特别是在夜间,地面不在同一水平面,难道不考虑安全问题吗?另外,酒店没有保护顾客安全意识,3月6日早上我太太就在酒店大堂前旋转楼梯口位置被地面挂钩绊倒,为什么有这样的设计?为什么不设安全警示?绊到后为什么没有人员主动上前表示关怀?当然在我们找大堂值班经理后,酒店First Aid帮忙做了简单处理。这里还要提及一下,大堂前台服务人员不理解英文Duty Manager是啥意思?大堂服务人员难道不要求懂英文吗? 综上,这家酒店是我多年来唯一认为完全不符合5星级预期的酒店。
