酒店面积很大，有水过滤系统，水质很好。 但是亲子酒店无法提供围栏也没有孩子洗漱用品和儿童拖鞋。 地理位置靠近海边，但不够热闹，酒店后门到热闹街区需要步行5-10分钟，且人烟稀少。 房间赠送的儿童牛奶没有吸管。房间花洒有问题，开了小花洒，顶上的大花洒也会漏水。 报修后也没有反馈。 海边泳池没有泳圈充气服务，需要到花园泳池充气，来回走路非常费劲。 酒店住客很多，感觉前台非常忙碌在回答各种问题，态度很好，但确实很忙碌，需要排队等待。

服务环境设施都可以，就是配不上2500一晚的价格，周边环境不怎么好，餐厅用不新鲜的海鲜。早餐做鸡蛋的员工没带口罩，说话的口水都 在食物上了。

酒店环境相当优越，内部区域很大，每栋楼都有独立泳池，进入酒店有专门的摆渡车，但有时候坐车的人比较多就需要等待下一班车

服务人员很友好，早餐很丰盛、预约打扫不及时、可能春节入住人员太多的原因，网球场管理预订不规范

房间很老旧，设施也很差，进屋一股霉味，纱窗窗帘有血渍，联系前台更换房间，前台的态度也不是很好，看了几间房，发现普遍都有味道
