我们2点到酒店，说是房间没有准备好，愣是等到3点才可以入住，我们就出去吃饭，3点多回来办入住，结果门卡还弄错了，还好，送行李的小哥帮忙下去重办的，房间离前台很远。另外，报了本周二9-10点的普拉提课，老师迟到10几分钟，一点歉意都没有，因为普拉提在户外，也没有牌子之类的指示，我们提前到了15分钟等待，没有一个人在那里，问了好几个工作人员才知道，等了30个小时才开始。老师也没有为自己的迟到道歉。体验不好。送行李的小哥很好！房间打扫也很好，很细心。泳池旁边毛巾暖暖的很好。地理位置什么的没得说都不错，房间也不错。我定的3000多一晚，还不带早餐，这个服务觉得不值。

整体居住体验很好，位置绝佳，距离海滩很近很方便，酒店服务态度也不错。因为我们此行6个人是提前2个月就定好了酒店，但是入住后发现价格降价，针对这种情况如果可以弥补差价就好了。不然会觉得提前预定没有任何意义。
