入住时没有欢迎饮料。分配的房间也是施工风景房间。在坐摆渡车时，也没有明确的站点提示该在哪里下车。只能靠自己的直觉。

D栋11楼有滴水声配合装修的三个瓦罐有点吓人，不过前台帮忙换房间了就还好

公共区域环境好，活动设施多，但房间卫生不好，床单不干净。入住第一天发现床单有污渍血迹，因为入住接近凌晨，让酒店第二天换，酒店没换。又打电话让酒店换床单，换了接近10个床单，才换到没有血迹的。房间设施较旧。早餐种类少，味道一般。
