It's a super nice hotel with great facilities and staff. Its breakfast is delicious, the room is pleasant and its team is really nice and pays attention to every detail you may need. A very especial mention to Moo, very kind and attentive. Super cool, we've enjoyed a lot!

My wife and I just finished the 7th stay at Grand Mercure Patong. Like previously I can say with certainty that we will return for more leisure provided by the very nice people working there. From the minute we enter the reception, we are met with kind smiles and sawadee’s🙏 Sita and her crew in the reception are always ready for any inquiry we might have. Mae and the other bellmen are always helpful with our luggage and any other help they can provide. In the restaurant New and her crew remember my coffee preferences and other habits year after year. My wife was especially impressed that the morning nuddle chef (Gus) remembered her nuddle preference. All together it makes us feel ‘at home’ and it gives us exactly the relaxation we come for. My wife and I already talk about when to come back and that we will extend our next stay to be a longer stay. This time we tried the Steak Night, which we absolutely can recommend. For 899 Baht you get all the tender and delicious freshly grilled steak meat you want from various cuts, but also a variety of sushi’s, seafoods, pastas, fruits, cakes and desserts - altogether overwhelming. Eating à la carte can also be recommended. The food is good, fresh and affordable. We also tried The Ryan spa twice. Make sure to give your self the pleasure if you go to Grand Mercure Patong👌😊 I could mention a bunch of more names for the pleasant crew at Grand Mercure - please be rest assured that we remember all of you and that we appreciate all of your efforts to make our stay after stay so pleasent. 🙏 we look forward to see as many of you as possible at our next stay👍😊

Hospitality was up to mark. We faced issue for having Thai Food for 3 days stay at Hotel but Chef Hannan made it easy for us by comforting us with Indian Cuisine..He even customized the food according to us to make us comfortable. Location wise the hotel stands out and is the best one, will get the vibe once u step out of hotel.

Location is good, easy 5-8 min walk to beach, Jungcleon and central shopping malls. Everything is right outside hotel. Hotel is good. Pool photos a little deceiving. There is only one pool, not three as website states which could be larger. Breakfast is great and we had the best server in the resturant. Pear FB was fantastic, very friendly and went out of her way to please. Hotel rooms are fine, just watch all tge little steps around the hotel. Would stay here again
