Our stay at the grand mercure was one of the high lights of our trip we had a pool room which was fantastic and the cleaning staff made sure our room was clean smelling beautifully while we were out on our trips around phuket and to the staff at the front who could not do enough for us many thanks especially to Aib ,Nkeng ,kea ,Em , Mew, who could not do enough for and made our trip enjoyable hope to see you all in the near future we highly recommend Grand Mercure five out of five

My name is Abdullah, i spent 5 days in room 301 It was a good days in grand mercure hotel, I spent 5 days in it it’s clean and quiet hotel. The people working there are very nice, especially “Riki” and “Aab” “Riki” is always smiling and serving the guests whatever they want. She is truly the best , thanks Riki . I will come back to phuket and that is my hotel Abdullah..

Best hotel in Phuket and the greatest staff you will find anywhere. Close to the beach and pool access rooms are just fantastic. Restaurant is superb meals are great. Breakfast buffet is a big winner and includes anything you could imagine. Big shout out to: Deer, Kai, Quirky, Ploy, Kee, Fin, Fon, Lukman Nuree, Pop, Aoic, Ronnie, Aam, Earn, Pear, Jame, Faii. Have to leave tomorrow but will be back in December for new year and early January. We were lucky, able to book a room when online said they were booked out. The Grande Mercure Phuket is a Beautiful Hotel, with kind and very helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable experience, the grounds and the rooms are immaculate, outside the hotel, markets, shops, bars and restaurants are at a stones throw away, the nearest beach Patong beach is within walking distance of around 20-30 minutes or you can grab a taxi or tuk-tuk. This hotel is 100% a must book.
