My friend and I visited Phuket for 4 days after leaving Bangkok. Sraying at the Grand Mercure was a great decision. The resort is beautiful and the staff is exceptional. On our last night we had Ryan as our server and he made the end of our holiday enjoyable and sad that we had to leave. Oh, let me not forget about the spa. We highly recommend getting the full treatment that is 4 hours long, you will not regret it.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Bellman team especially Mr.Kae. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with genuine care. They handled my luggage professionally, without rushing, and provided clear and helpful information with great courtesy. Throughout my stay, they were consistently attentive—whether helping to call a taxi, offering recommendations, or assisting with my bags. Every interaction was friendly, efficient, and made me feel truly taken care of.
