房间卫生非常不好，第一晚房间床单有黄色、黑色污渍，卫生间也不干净；第三晚两卧室别墅，其中一个房间的脏衣篓竟然还有上一位住客留下的脏袜子，另一个房间枕套上还有黑色笔印记。体验感十分糟糕，不会再去入住！这样的卫生与服务体验，也不与这家酒店的星级标准和旺季溢价水平相匹配！

Hotel is very central in Bangkok eg malls , spas , transport . Hotel staff is very welcoming . The food was great with so much variety of Thai and Western .

As always I har another remarkable and memorable stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious with many varieties of food options.
