We had a beautiful five night stay. We generally prefer smaller boutique hotels but this friendly and accommodating staff do everything they can to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. So many people to thank, first Darren and Aun, in Aqua restaurant, Nanny Breakfast check in,The Guest Relations crews, Anton, Suradet, Thira, Jop, Micky and Bah (Habiba) Nat, Champ, Pun, Tom, Cindy, Tong, Yany and Julián helped navigate Accor membership status. The German chef is a delight as well. Our room 5044 was a little tired and could use a refresh but the size and outdoor soaking tub was a real plus. We loved the beach and the neighboring Panwan Cafe and Indian Curry restaurants across the street.

Great Beach Resort, Great Location, Incredible Staff We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at the Pullman Panwa Beach in Phuket, and we genuinely cannot fault a thing. The hotel and location is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the entire resort has a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere that we loved. We were four adults staying in two Deluxe King Sea View rooms, and both rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with amazing views. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we’d like to give a big shout-out to King, who made the arrival process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The choice was unbelievable—something for everyone. It was so good that we genuinely looked forward to it every single morning. We had lunch most days at The Edge Beach Club, and every meal was consistently great. We only dined at the hotel in the evening once, for the surf & turf buffet and fire show, which was also fantastic. The staff were truly exceptional. Everyone we encountered, from the pool attendants, waitstaff, housekeeping to security men greeted us with smiles, politeness and genuine warmth at all times. Special mentions go to Darren at the Pool Bar, who was amazing and is a real credit to your team, as well as Nat and Julian, who were always helpful, friendly, and lovely to chat with! Directly outside and Within a five-minute walk from the hotel, there’s everything you might need, 7/11, launderettes, restaurants, bars, and plenty of massage shops. It’s roughly 20–30 minutes to Phuket, Chalong and Rawai, depending on traffic, which makes exploring the area really convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Pullman Panwa Beach. Great resort, great location, and truly incredible staff. We will happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

Our stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Resort was wonderful. Micky and Nat provided excellent heartist service—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool villa was ideal for our family, and our toddler loved swimming every day. The resort is peaceful, family-friendly, and close to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday with a young child. There were some mosquitoes around the villa, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.
