1、前台服务不好！在办理入住时都无法预约去普吉镇的班车！那干嘛还写在酒店入住时的免费服务离呀？2、早餐河粉太硬了。3、上了两节瑜伽课和皮划艇、教练们都很棒！感谢运动教练！

We appreciate your comments and are pleased to know that you enjoyed the yoga classes and kayaking sessions. Your kind recognition of our sports instructors will certainly be shared with the team. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shuttle bus arrangement. The shuttle service operates on a scheduled basis with limited seating, and we regret if this was not clearly explained at the time, which may have led to a misunderstanding. Regarding the breakfast experience, we are sorry to hear that the noodles did not meet your expectations. Food quality and consistency are important to us, and your comment has been shared with our culinary team for review and improvement. 酒店环境非常优美，无论是看海景、池景还是园景。在度假村内非常让人放松，设施也很齐全，无论是一日三餐、还是海边躺着晒太阳、晚上小酌，都很享受。房间内部干净，设计很合理，打扫也很及时。我们的蜜月布置也很温馨，简直是惊喜！
