Good for no-frills business trip.

This hotel worked for a business trip where all I needed was a room. The location is not straightforward if you are navigating from the Metro. The stairs that you should take from the street to the main entrance smelled like urine and did not feel safe at night. The location is good with the park next door and many food, grocery, cafe options very close. It was easy to anchor here while working around Paris for a good price.

Just back from a 2 night stay at this Ibis, well we had a lovely time all the staff where great no communication difficulties the man on reception at the evening was fabulous helped us out alot and gave us great advice. Yes if your looking for a fancy nancy hotel this isn't for you but a clean hotel and friendly staff what else can you ask for. The bathroom is small but adequate aswell as the room, your there to enjoy Paris so the room is literally only slept in. The elevator up to the hotel ok isn't the cleanest but your in and out within minutes. Breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from unless your exceptionally picky then you'll find something to eat. The hotel is very close to some lovely restaurant and bakers and supermarkets every person we met in all these shops where lovely. Don't worry if you arrive early you can leave your luggage in a locked room and the staff give you a ticket to get it back once you've checked in. I will most definitely stay here again when back in Paris.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. the rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Do not stay here, rooms in disrepair and unsafe Cleaning staff are rude and very disrespectful Offered to move rooms but each room was as bad as the other, Have made a formal complaint to Thomas cook as this was sold as a 3 star hotel, and rooms falling apart and dangerous can not be 3 star Other peoples items found within the room and food found within the bed

We stayed at the Ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles and, unfortunately, had one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and in terrible condition overall. The facilities are outdated and clearly in desperate need of renovation. The air conditioning does not work, which is simply unacceptable, especially during the European summer and considering the price charged. We made multiple complaints about it during our stay, but nothing was done. The staff seemed more interested in ignoring guests than actually solving problems. Customer service was another disaster. Most of the staff were rude and impolite, with special mention to the receptionist Giselle, whose behavior was passive-aggressive, mocking, and thoroughly unprofessional. She responded to our complaints with sarcasm and disdain, as if we were bothering her for expecting basic comfort and courtesy. The bathroom was in terrible condition, clearly in need of a full renovation. The only option for showering was a bathtub with questionable cleanliness, making the experience uncomfortable and far from hygienic. One of the most disturbing and highly unethical practices we encountered was regarding luggage storage. In order to store your bags, even for a short time, the hotel demands a 5-star Google review. Yes, you are required to leave a glowing review and show it to the front desk to access this basic service. This explains the artificially inflated ratings online — a practice that, while perhaps not illegal, is certainly dishonest and immoral. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can easily find better hotels for the same price or even less. Please take a moment to read the many negative reviews — they are accurate and reflect the reality. Everything we’ve described here is supported by photos we took during our stay. Avoid Ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles. Disappointment is guaranteed.
