Fiona L. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL
Dear Fiona, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the shower and found the room's amenities satisfactory. However, I regret to learn about the issues with the television and the inconvenience caused by the luggage arrangements. Unfortunately, our broaqdcasting station for our TV's are located in Mount Alexander who were heavily affected by bush fires last month, leaving a lot of regional Victoria without a lot of tv channels. Your comments are valuable, and we will consider them in our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience. Goodbye and best regards, Mercure Bendigo Schaller
