Small but clean and well-equipped room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My room faced the road, but it was surprisingly quiet and I wasn’t bothered by the noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the bar and kitchen staff, who were lovely. The food was also decent, with a good selection for both dinner and breakfast.

The customer service was excellent! Check in staff member was so lovely and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The other staff member who had previously booked me in on the phone also acknowledged me and checked that everything was set up properly. Only one improvement would be to shelter the tables near the entry as I had to drape my coat over my legs to stay warm whilst eating dinner due to the constant drafts. Maybe needs rearranged furniture or more solid one piece screening or a heater to counteract? Dinner was delicious too.

We stay at the schaller on a fairly regular basis. Being an artist myself I really enjoy the atmosphere and the "vibe". Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean.

We were greeted by the most outstanding human, Vik. He welcomed my husband and I with such friendliness. We found the room tiny. My 6”5’ husband didn’t fit the custom length shortened bed. None of the in house movies worked, and all I wanted after a long day travelling was to watch a movie.
