I booked 2 superior rooms with windows, but the room size in 1 of the room look smaller and the this smaller room does not have any fixture for hanging clothes, let alone having hangers in the room. So the provision in the room is not consistent even though I paid the same price for both rooms. I have stayed in Ibis Budget Singapore (Clarke Quay) too which I feel is better than Ibis Budget (Bugis) when comes to room comfort and room ambience.
Dear Loh, Thank you for sharing your stay experience with the Hotel Team. You and your guest had made two separate reservations and you had requested for both rooms located on the same level upon your arrival at the property. As such, our Front Desk Staff had arranged two rooms beside each other on the second level for you and your guest's stay. Taking into consideration of the building's structure, it is a challenge to have the same architectural layout and size for all the rooms. Nevertheless, we had taken note of your comments and we will aim to provide similar room amenities for the same room category in the property.
