Dear H. S., Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our excellent location and service. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the presence of small insects in your room. As Singapore is a tropical country, small pests may occasionally appear despite our regular pest control measures. Our ventilation fans and air-conditioning systems are in place to help manage air circulation and humidity within the building. As we are in a tropical country with a warm and humid climate, it is unfortunately not uncommon for small insects to occasionally appear despite our regular pest control measures. We also recommend keeping food and beverages properly covered or sealed, as they can attract ants.
