I had the most heartwarming experience during my recent stay at Swissotel The Stamford, all thanks to the incredible Laurence at the Executive Lounge. A small but meaningful item—my personal teaspoon—was mistakenly taken during service, and I mentioned it to the staff just in passing. To my surprise, Laurence took it upon herself to personally look for it. She searched tirelessly for an entire day, and to my amazement, she found it! It’s rare to encounter someone who treats a guest’s small concern with such care and dedication. Laurence’s attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to service went far beyond what I expected. She turned what could have been a minor disappointment into a truly memorable moment of genuine hospitality. Thank you, Laurence, for going above and beyond. Swissotel is lucky to have you, and so were we!

Hotel is clean and tidy. The location is great, near City Hall MRT and Raffles City Mall with good foods, atm, and many shop so we can find anything easily. Moreover, as it's very connected to the mall and MRT, I don't need to worry about the weather (i.e. no worry to walk in the rain to go back to hotel from MRT). As a platinum member, I get an upgraded room with MBS view and can acces lounge<3 <3. Also, thank you to Dan Dan and Li zhu for their service as housekeeping :)make my room tidy and more comfortable.

Booked the Executive Marina Bay room and found it too small for our liking so we upgraded to Crest Suite which came with a big living room and seperate bedroom. Lvl 65 Laurence and Ronald were very helpful with our requests. Housekeeping Lee Poh Siow was very efficient and nice and made cute towel animals which made us smile. With the Crest Suite, we had access to the Crest Lounge area which we find abit lacking. The coffee machine is impressive but there's no fresh milk and no teaspoon at the station, had to walk out of that area to go back to main lounge to get them myself. Tables were left uncleared too so we didn't get to sit at our preferred table. Air ventilation was also bad during the two times we went in. Overall, the lounge is very impressive with views from Suntec to the Marina Bay to Cityview. Very cosy and free flow of coffee/tea/soft drinks. Come during cocktail hours 5.30-7.30pm and they serve 4-5 hot dishes, cold cuts and a live food station (laksa was delicious). Will be back again for a staycation!

Nice room and location. Near the MRT very well. Good view on balcony, especially higher floor. Family friendly. Breakfast could be better but do have nice orange juice without cost! Specially appreciated the Staff -Zi Han, Xiao Yang, Shu Xin, Shou di and named in few.

This hotel is situated at the airport end of the city so is a short 20 minutes drive once you arrive in Singapore. We had a room looking out at Marina Sands, and the 2 light shows area on level 43 so was an amazing view to wake up to.We also had a balcony which was a plus. The room is fine for a large Hotel though do need to climb over to get into the shower but room is quiet. Breakfast was OK with lots of selection. Was close to shopping centres and we were able to walk to boat quay for dinner. If wanting to go to Sentosa Island can do with public transport but could book a hotel cost to this area. We were able to walk to light shows 30 minutes away.
