雅高权益清晰；英式插座需配转接；mini吧免费（可乐雪碧啤酒苏打水巧克力威化各一）；早餐餐厅基本齐备（印度区域、西式区域、日式区域、中式区域，外加饮品台和面包区）；十六楼健身房有氧无氧皆有；白金欢迎礼为两只苹果、气泡水和手写欢迎卡片，金卡欢迎礼没有气泡水；门口单行路两个站台，公交车方便，有双层公交可上车观光（857路可以转一圈再回到附近的站再回酒店）；轨道交通方面，可使用卧曺站较近、bugis站其次，因有在建工程所以导航未必准确）；欢迎饮品选择了ibis punch水果饮品和teh tarik拉茶，均不错。

地理位置很好，但是电梯声响大而且又少又慢，不论上下等候时间都非常长。此外，房间内空调声音又很吵，早餐比较难吃，而且经常餐巾纸短缺。
