本人为了演唱会去的新加坡，3月8日凌晨飞机返回。因酒店与携程合作卖的演唱会票，所以酒店日期是固定的，想把3月7日晚上的住宿换到6号晚上，不同意，而且是在提前两个月就打电话协商的情况下。造成7日当晚未能入住，还白白花费了一晚的住宿费。另外，因为5日到新加坡，6日去环球影城，怕当天玩的时候会吐，就想把早餐券换到7日早上再吃，经协商也不同意。非常没有人性化。

房间干净整洁 但第一天没有打扫 是因为没挂牌子在门外吗的缘故吗？除此之外，其他都非常好！
