入住后洗澡时淋浴房的灯掉下来被砸到，然后维修耽误了很多时间，入住体验并不是那么好，服务也比较欠佳，对于浴室灯具的掉落也没有抱歉和补偿。服务比较一般

Most importantly, we sincerely regret the distress and inconvenience this caused. Guest safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we are very sorry that both the incident itself and the subsequent handling of the situation did not meet your expectations. We also regret that the repair process took longer than it should have and that you felt the response lacked the level of care, empathy, and service recovery that such a situation warranted. Your comments regarding the absence of a meaningful apology and the overall handling of the matter are taken very seriously and will be shared with the relevant teams for review. While we are pleased that your arrival experience was positive and that the cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, we are sorry that concerns regarding suite maintenance, furniture condition, and service delivery negatively impacted your overall impression of the stay.
