翻新的Raffles Singapore是我本次新加坡之行最期待的酒店，酒店整体体验不错，彻底翻新的房间典雅大气，漫步酒店之中甚至会迷路；提前购买的快递包裹被准确送进了房间；Longbar的Singapore Sling和花生令人难忘；尤其是Roslee带队的History Tour令人永生难忘。然而酒店还是有些许不足：我们入住一小时后依然没有见到管家的身影，因此我不得不致电前台来获取房卡，也没有尝到新加坡莱佛士标志性的欢迎巧克力；早餐单点菜单没有其他语言的版本（至少我没有被告知有中文版本），对于非英语母语者而言不是很友好，虽然我能进行基础的英语沟通，但对于菜品我需要借助拍照翻译来协助我点单；退房时前台没有将我的账单计算正确，我不得不反复往返于房间与前台之间来撤销之前的付款，然后再重新付款，因为酒店很大导致走的非常疲惫。

这次在莱佛士的入住整体体验非常好。4月13日一早6点到达，工作人员依然非常耐心地协助办理相关手续，并妥善安排了行李寄存（包括14日下午的寄存也很顺利），让人一开始就感到轻松和安心。 入住时还收到了房型升级的惊喜，房间优雅舒适。欢迎提供的新加坡司令也很有仪式感，是一次很难忘的细节体验。 酒店的历史之旅也非常值得推荐，导游Nazir Yusof讲解生动且富有感染力，让人更深入地了解酒店与新加坡历史的联系。 另外一个让我印象很深的细节是早餐时有中国员工用中文主动询问用餐感受，在异国他乡能有这样的沟通体验，让人感觉非常亲切。 整体来说，所有员工都非常热情、专业且细致，让人感到被重视和被用心对待。这是一段非常愉快且有记忆点的入住体验，未来如果有机会还会再次选择莱佛士。

我们这次家庭出行预定了两间房，很高兴其中一间给升级了房型。酒店很漂亮，员工也很热情周到。早餐很丰富，尤其感谢早餐厅一位会说中文的年轻小伙子员工很贴心地给我和家人们介绍并推荐了许多菜品。标题提到的欠佳体验主要是客房部，第一件事是一间房间没有送巧克力，打了电话后才给送。第二件事是我们希望多要一个枕头、床单及毯子，不知道是没传达到位还是什么原因，客房部一开始只送了个枕头来，我们当场又打电话沟通才把毯子和床单送来

1.酒店硬件方面 装修非常华丽，家具包括酒店的装潢都非常有格调，可以看出选品上很用心 2.酒店环境、位置 去哪里都非常方便，附近也有很多可以打卡的景点 3.服务态度 重点表扬服务，在莱佛士见到的服务人员每个人都可以是满分的对应，完全没有给人不舒服的感觉，真正做到了宾至如归。我在各地都住过顶级的酒店，新加坡莱佛士的服务绝对第一，在世界也是第一梯队。

在莱佛士度过了非常愉快的旅程，我们在巴黎的白马、四季、米兰的阿玛尼、北京的前门文华东方…我爸爸说所有这些中，莱佛士最棒！哈哈！酒店还贴心的送了我礼物，在离店去机场的当天由于帮我拿行李而耽误了些时间，酒店当即就安排了专车送我们，虽然来不及玩最后的景点星耀樟宜了，但留有遗憾的行程会让我们再次前往，我们一定还会选择莱佛士！
