Our experience from start to finish was one of exceptional service and understated luxury. We loved the architecture, period furnishings, beautifully maintained rooms, sumptuous breakfast and all the special touches. Our check-in experience with Shermann could not have been better. He was accommodating and helped us fix an error made by our travel agent. The door staff are exceptional - they helped us several times a day when we had friends come over to pick us up or drop us off to the hotel. Roslee, the resident historian gave us an amazing tour of the hotel, and even followed up by sending us photos he had taken for us during the tour. Thank you, to all the staff at Raffles Singapore who made my stay with my parents and daughter such a memorable event.

We were lucky enough to spend five wonderful nights at the iconic Grand Dame and exceptional Raffles Hotel in Singapore just recently. What made our stay so memorable apart from the newly renovated suites and grandeur of Raffles but the friendliness of each of the Raffles team members we encountered on a daily basis. Our family will never forget the experience of being a resident of Raffles even it was for just five nights!

Legendary property, amazing experience. Nothing can be faulted, the attention of the staff, attention to details. The suites (all suite hotel) are well designed and the latest refurbishment is just incredible. You don’t even hear the air conditioning system. Comfortable bed and everything is smooth. Well done keep it up!

Raffles is pure luxury and the hotel staff including management go out of their way to make you feel pampered. I wish more luxury hotels around the world took a leaf out of their book. We will definitely return to Raffles when we are in Singapore.

Unfortunately did not stay but had Dinner in the Tiffin Room and ate in the Burger and Lobster. Amazing. We were there for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and suggested a number of ways to cool the palate. We were given a lovely anniversary cake . The Hotel is amazing and is lovely to walk through. The Long Bar being very popular The courtyard is busy and reservations are essential.
