总体而言很不错 员工热情 但是checkin以后基本就没有服务可言了 房间的空调漏水也没有人表示任何的歉意

We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our convenient location and found our team to be friendly throughout your stay. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet expectations and left you feeling unsupported after check-in. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are especially sorry to learn about the air-conditioning leakage in your room and regret that this was not acknowledged with the level of care and service recovery expected. We understand how uncomfortable and disruptive this would have been and apologise that we did not respond in a more attentive manner. We also appreciate your feedback regarding room cleanliness, particularly the dusty flooring and daily housekeeping standards. This is certainly not reflective of the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for review and improvement. Additionally, thank you for highlighting the Wi-Fi accessibility concerns and your thoughtful suggestion regarding having a designated area or solution for used towels to support both hygiene and guest comfort.
