We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our excellent location and that our Heartists made a positive impression throughout your stay. It is especially rewarding to receive perfect ratings for your arrival and check-in, our team's service, and your departure experience. At the same time, we appreciate your feedback regarding the water pressure in your bathroom. We are sorry to learn that it did not meet your expectations. As part of Accor's sustainability commitment, our guestrooms are equipped with water-saving fixtures designed to reduce water consumption while maintaining guest comfort. However, we would like to assure you that the water pressure can be adjusted upon request, and our Engineering team would have been more than happy to assist had we been made aware during your stay. We apologise that we were unable to rectify this for you at the time and hope you will not hesitate to let us know should you stay with us again. While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location and the cleanliness of the hotel, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay fell well short of your expectations. We sincerely regret your disappointment regarding the temporary closure of our rooftop bar and pool. We fully understand that these facilities were an important part of your decision to stay with us, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been not to enjoy them during your visit. We are especially sorry to learn that you felt you were not informed prior to your arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment this caused. We also regret that the soundproofing of the room affected your comfort. A restful stay is one of our highest priorities, and we understand how disruptive external noise can be. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team for review as we continue to explore opportunities to improve the guest experience. In addition, we appreciate your comments regarding our breakfast selection. While we aim to offer a diverse buffet featuring both local favourites and international cuisine, we understand that the variety did not fully meet your preferences.
