酒店前台服务很差,有房间故意不给换!

Dear Xiaoqian L., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We deeply regret to learn of the disappointment you experienced and sincerely apologise for the shortcomings that affected your visit. Please allow us to express our utmost concern regarding your comments about the front desk service. We fully understand how frustrating and upsetting it must have been to feel that your request for a room change was not handled with care or cooperation. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we are truly sorry that our response left you feeling unsupported and dissatisfied. We are equally concerned to learn of the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly regarding the condition of the bathroom. This is unacceptable and does not reflect our housekeeping standards. Your feedback has been escalated to our Housekeeping and Front Office management teams for immediate investigation and corrective action, including reinforcement of quality control procedures to ensure such lapses do not recur. 我的床是类似沙发床一样的,在床的两侧有两个扶手,床尾有两个金属脚,特别影响行动,还容易让人撞到受伤。

酒店还行,唯一不方便的一点是化妆光线不足,屋里灯光暗、镜子上有层膜暗暗的,窗户上好像也贴了膜,对于化妆的人来说太难了
