Dear Junyu L., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are deeply concerned to learn of your experience and sincerely regret that your stay fell so far below expectations. Please allow us to be very clear: Pullman Singapore Hill Street does not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We are truly sorry that you felt unfairly treated, particularly during your arrival and check-in experience. This is not reflective of our values, our service standards, or the inclusive hospitality we strive to provide to every guest, regardless of nationality or background. We take your comments extremely seriously. Your feedback has been escalated to our senior management team for a thorough review, including the circumstances surrounding room allocation and the conduct of our team members. Appropriate follow-up actions will be taken to ensure that such an experience is not repeated. While we are glad to note that certain aspects such as cleanliness and accommodation met a more acceptable level, we fully acknowledge that this does not outweigh the distress you experienced overall. Dear Sheng Y., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the check-in process and your breakfast experience. Please accept our apologies for the inefficiencies and service lapses you encountered during arrival and at the breakfast venue. Your comments regarding the workflow, staff attentiveness, and the manner in which concerns were handled are taken very seriously. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we regret the frustration this caused. We are equally sorry that the breakfast selection and service fell significantly short of expectations, and that the interaction with the restaurant manager left you feeling unheard. Your feedback has been shared with both our Food & Beverage leadership team and Front Office management for immediate review and corrective action, including service training and process evaluation. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the checkout arrangement and understand how the need to return to another floor after breakfast may have been inconvenient. Your observation regarding guest flow and efficiency is valid, and we appreciate you highlighting this for future consideration. While we are pleased to note that room cleanliness was acceptable, we fully recognise that this alone does not compensate for the overall shortcomings you experienced.
