Dear Yun Y. W., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. We sincerely regret that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the room allocation you experienced. The use of a murphy bed in place of a standard bed is certainly not the experience you anticipated when booking a Deluxe Room, and we understand your disappointment. This matter has been shared with our Front Office team to ensure clearer room assignment and communication moving forward. We are equally concerned to hear about the issues with the in-room telephone and the difficulty you faced when trying to contact our team. The repeated disconnections and lack of follow-up are not reflective of our service standards, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, especially when you required assistance with your luggage. This has been escalated for immediate review with our Engineering and Front Office teams. We also regret that your ALL member benefits, including the welcome drink, amenities, and upgrade recognition, were not delivered to your expectations. Please kindly note that welcome drinks are now issued digitally via the Accor app as part of Accor’s sustainability programme, replacing physical vouchers. That said, we apologise if this was not clearly communicated during your stay. Your feedback regarding room comfort, service responsiveness, and overall experience is truly valuable, and we are taking it seriously to ensure improvements are made.
