We deeply regret to learn of the disappointment you experienced and sincerely apologise for the shortcomings that affected your visit. Please allow us to express our utmost concern regarding your comments about the front desk service. We fully understand how frustrating and upsetting it must have been to feel that your request for a room change was not handled with care or cooperation. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we are truly sorry that our response left you feeling unsupported and dissatisfied. We are equally concerned to learn of the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly regarding the condition of the bathroom. This is unacceptable and does not reflect our housekeeping standards. Your feedback has been escalated to our Housekeeping and Front Office management teams for immediate investigation and corrective action, including reinforcement of quality control procedures to ensure such lapses do not recur.
