整体大概没什么问题，只是大门外面有人吸烟，烟味进lobby。

酒店工作人员早上不到6点就开始在客房走廊聊天，声音很大，没办法入睡。酒店隔音效果差

We sincerely apologise for the disturbance caused by staff conversations in the corridor before 6 a.m. This should not have happened, and we have reminded our team to maintain a quiet environment at all times, especially during early hours. We also regret that the soundproofing did not provide a restful experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review this with our management team to prevent future disruptions. 隔音非常差，隔壁打呼噜，聊天喝酒，都听得清清楚楚，下大雨的时候雨点打在玻璃上声音也很大，根本睡不着。我们check in的时候要求要安静的房间，结果把我们分配在放干净的床单被罩的工作间对面，每天早上7点左右，就开是很吵，服务员在门口大声聊天，即便要求他们安静也没啥作用，住过这么多酒店，最差的一次，没有之一

第一天入住时半夜发现床单没有那么干净，并且有预留的体毛，怀疑只换被套没有换床单

前台的服务员非常冷漠，并且互相之间信息没有拉通，造成困扰。大堂靠近reserve area冷气像太平间，冻死人。客房打扫有时会没有及时补充物料。
