Stayed at Mercure Singapore Bugis for a one-night business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the MRT. Booked a basic room, but as an Accor Platinum member, I was upgraded to a loft room, which was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great stay, and I’ll definitely return for future trips.

awesome service thumbs up for Yvonne at Royale!! she is a wonderful and an asset to your restaurant. we were not satisfied with the bread roll and immediately she heat up in the kitchen with soft and yummy bread roll. just a small gesture from her and a bread roll but definitely making us feeeling wonderful on a saturday afternoon. thank you yvonne!! u did beyond her service !!!

The staff are very courteous and helpful. I would like to specifically commend Aaron, who is assigned at the front lobby, for assisting me with my luggage and for being so warm and accommodating. Truly, this is one of the best experiences at Mercure Bugis — outstanding service and great staff!

We hosted our wedding lunch over at Mecure Singapore bugis. The team at Mercure Singapore Bugis was amazing — everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. We really appreciated their professionalism and attention to details. The food was great and beautifully presented, and many of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed it. Wonderful Hotel Experience, Except for an Issue at Breakfast

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The location is excellent - most city attractions are within walking distance. My room was well-designed, spacious, and had comfortable bedding. The pool area was modern, relaxing, and offered a great city view. The gym was small but clean and well-equipped. The front office team provided a warm welcome every day, always greeting us with smiles. The duty manager was especially attentive and helpful. However, the breakfast area felt cold and uninviting. No one greeted or smiled. The most disappointing part was the smell of cigarette smoke from one of the service staff (ChoHanbi). At first, I was unsure, but on the second day, I clearly noticed the same smell again from her. I found this situation very unpleasant and unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed that such behavior occurs in the workplace.
