Dear Value guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely regret the unpleasant experience caused by the gecko found in the bathroom. We are glad that our Front Office team was able to assist promptly in removing it. We understand that encountering this during your stay can be unsettling, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
