The dissatisfaction was during the reservation process. I made a reservation via the Accor All page and there was a special offer "15% off only on the app". Unfortunately, the discount did not work. There was a notification that Accor is working on the problem. The reservation was made via the Accor All home page without the announced discount.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was delicious (also breakfast staff was super nice and charming, especially breakfast lady). Room was well cleaned and comfortable, same as beds. Big shower and big balcony with sea view. Amazing stay!

I had the most lovely room, spacious and very modern with a wonderful shower. Furthermore, the breakfast was the best I ever had in an Ibis hotel. All the staff I met was super friendly, approachable and helpful. I really felt welcomed at this hotel and I really recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in St Paul’s bay.
