We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location in the heart of Myeongdong, with easy access to the subway, airport limousine bus, and Lotte Department Store just across the street. While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our excellent location in the heart of Myeongdong, we are truly sorry to learn that the cleanliness of your room did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable condition of the duvet insert, where you found what appeared to be a blood stain. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness we strive to maintain, and we fully understand how unpleasant this experience must have been. We are also very concerned by your comments regarding suspected bed bugs and the insect bites you experienced during your stay. Please be assured that we take such reports extremely seriously. Your feedback has been immediately shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams, and a thorough inspection and appropriate pest-control measures will be carried out to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room size, bathroom space, and carpeting. Your suggestions are valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continue to review opportunities to improve our facilities and housekeeping standards.
