Location is great. Easy access to mall, shopping & dinning options. Staffs are friendly. Room size is good but the bathroom is rather basic without much toiletries such as no body moisturiser and hair conditioner. The Conceige helped to reserve our restaurants which was nice.

Good customer service that can help with early check in and room arrangement. Second time staying here with comfortable and easy access to myeongdong street. Will come again! Fully recommend! Staying with family members for the winter time.

Very good hotel ini seoul. Very helpfull Hun would help to check in very successfully and it was fast and cozy. Thanks to him and his supervisor. The location is nearby at the myeongdong station it was so nice to reach it. I am so glad at stay in this hotel
