提早入住,職員亦為我們彈性安排,非常貼心。 入住其中一天沒有關門就外出了,通知職員後他們立即幫忙檢查CCTV. 亦十分有禮回覆我們的查詢。 最後一天亦提出了延期住多一天的要求,職員亦十分配合我們的安排。下次再來首爾,絕對會再入住!

第一次入住,沒有很優質 櫃台人員服務不佳,沒有善盡責任邀約加入IBIS member, 房間打掃不是很乾淨, 整體管理,有問題,環境服務很差。

由於我們在機場遺失銀包,以致我們原本2:00 可以check in ,直到7:00 才到達,當時我們心情很不安,但服務台職員服務非常貼心很讚~很詳細地解釋酒店的資料,使我們有踏實點的感覺~另外收拾房間的職員非常棒~在8/2-12/2 都收拾得整整齊齊,很感謝

掛牆電視機位置非常之好,空氣調節都唔錯,唔會覺得好焗。

盒裝紙巾兩日先加一次,但是第二日用剩兩張都沒有幫我加返,要親自落去問佢攞,有時牙擦都沒有比新的,變了牙膏用兩日,見到冇牙膏就懶得落去問佢攞,唯有慳啲用!唯一最好的可以要求換床單!其他都需要改善,絕對唔夠細心!

Therefore, your feedback is very important to us. Regarding of your comments, I am so sorry for your poor experience. I will inform Housekeeping manager to improve room cleaning better. Also, I would like to explain about room amenity. For protection of environment, we provide a set of bathroom amenity like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush&past set only for first day. Whenever guests check-in, we explain this policy with hotel information letter to reduce guests inconvenience. If guests want to get additional items, they have to contact front desk. Or, there is a pink card behind the room door. It is explained about this policy, too. If you put a pink card on the bed, housekeeping staff will provide new set of bathroom amenity when she cleans your room. I hope you understand this. In case of your suggestion, I will share it with receptionists to improve guest service and reinforce the training of guest communication. Once again, we appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. 地點不錯,到明洞購物區五分鐘,地鐵都算方便。因為早機到首爾,七點到酒店,reception 同事讓我們入ibis member 就可以提早check in 取房。而且很親切知道香港人不太喜歡尾房,給了走廊中間房。房間雖然不算後很大,但足夠打開兩個大行李。房間內衛生清潔都ok... 性價比很高。

距離地鐵站很近到各處都很方便 離各項一日遊集合地點也不遠走路就可以到 旁邊有小超市便利商店很方便 如果浴室能有浴缸更好 讓疲憊的身體可以泡澡放鬆一下 二人房房間小巧 若空間能讓二個行李箱同時打開會更好

酒店方便,近地鐵站及明洞旺區。房間乾淨及滿意。住了五天其中當然有少許甩漏但可接受。前台工作人員友善及英語流利,容易溝通。退房時以All會員身份亦可延至下午二時。唯一就是以會員身份在酒店內進餐亦衹有九折。沒有像日本般可享半價優惠。21樓餐廳關門亦太早,雖説晚上九時關門但八時十五分已經不能乘升降機上去。若想飲嘢就祇能去便利商店買。還有大堂洗手間男女只有一個共用。

Regarding of member discount, I would like to explain that it is different up to country. In South Korea, discount for accor plus member is different up to hotel brands. In case of ibis Styles, we provide 15% discount for Food & Beverage. And, discount benefit is not valid with any other discounts. I hope you understand this. Furthermore, I would like to explain about restaurant. During winter season, restaurant is closed on 9pm. Also, elevator cannot go to restaurant after it is closed. However, we don't block the elevator during restaurant operation. I will inform engineer team to inspect it more carefully.
