我们是晚上入住的,但是入住仪式还是很棒,第二天是我女朋友的生日,Raffles Bali的员工们在Rumari餐厅给我的女朋友特别制作了一个带有生日蜡烛的水果拼盘,并且上面写有生日快乐的字样,还给我们唱生日快乐歌并祝福她生日快乐。晚上的夜床服务可以用完美来形容,他们用鲜花瓣铺出了一条路和两个爱心,并且送给我们一个非常精致的巧克力蛋糕,还包括一束鲜花和手写的祝福贺卡。在Raffles Bali的四天里,给我最大的感受就是员工的服务态度以及精神面貌非常好,我们只是在外面散步,路过的每一位员工都会热情的和我们打招呼并且询问我们是否需要帮助。早餐非常精致,但是不太符合我们的口味并且相比于其他酒店来说种类偏少,导致我们吃的很少,但是Rumari的员工们看到我们不太喜欢,所以特别推荐给我们一道菜单里没有的炒饭,这个炒饭非常好吃,我们很喜欢。最后一天早上,他们说给我们已经准备好了一道特别的炒饭,那道炒饭是我们目前吃过印度尼西亚的炒饭里最好吃的一个,我们真的非常感谢他们能给我们做特别的准备。但是缺点也很明显,首先就是酒店整体一到晚上太黑了,有时连路都看不清,这个是最大的缺点,我们晚上在LOLOAN餐厅吃饭,觉得这里太黑了,甚至在看菜单和买单的时候他们会用一个小灯夹在本子上😂,这太夸张了,还有就是酒店的驱蚊和防虫措施一般,有时屋子里会有非常小的白色小虫子在爬行,不过我不觉得它会对我们造成伤害,但也正好说明了Raffles Bail对于自然环境的保护非常好。还有就是外面的凉亭里有时可能会有鸟屎,清理的不算太及时。在这四天里,我们做了SPA还吃了下午茶,SPA非常舒服,但是下午茶不太符合我们的口味,不过整体来说我们很满意。

本次入住相对来说比较愉快,酒店的管家服务也比较好,但是有两个小问题我觉得酒店可以改进。一是中文管家服务,在我们提前跟酒店沟通的情况下,第一天入住的时候他休息了,第二天中午才到位。二是酒店房间里洗漱用品存在空盒的情况,这个出现在贵酒店是难以理解的情况。三是别墅内烧烤晚餐,如果这是一项需要预定且数量有限的活动,我觉得应该在入住前就有人告知我们,因为在第一天入住时我向酒店咨询这个事情的时候,被告知已经预约满了。 希望今后能够改进,谢谢!
