本次入住相对来说比较愉快,酒店的管家服务也比较好,但是有两个小问题我觉得酒店可以改进。一是中文管家服务,在我们提前跟酒店沟通的情况下,第一天入住的时候他休息了,第二天中午才到位。二是酒店房间里洗漱用品存在空盒的情况,这个出现在贵酒店是难以理解的情况。三是别墅内烧烤晚餐,如果这是一项需要预定且数量有限的活动,我觉得应该在入住前就有人告知我们,因为在第一天入住时我向酒店咨询这个事情的时候,被告知已经预约满了。 希望今后能够改进,谢谢!

酒店卫生特别好,到处都很干净,不潮湿不粘腻。服务也是特别贴心周到,每位工作人员都负责且友好,特别感谢管家Endah,很专业很贴心。
