本次入住相对来说比较愉快，酒店的管家服务也比较好，但是有两个小问题我觉得酒店可以改进。一是中文管家服务，在我们提前跟酒店沟通的情况下，第一天入住的时候他休息了，第二天中午才到位。二是酒店房间里洗漱用品存在空盒的情况，这个出现在贵酒店是难以理解的情况。三是别墅内烧烤晚餐，如果这是一项需要预定且数量有限的活动，我觉得应该在入住前就有人告知我们，因为在第一天入住时我向酒店咨询这个事情的时候，被告知已经预约满了。 希望今后能够改进，谢谢！

酒店卫生特别好，到处都很干净，不潮湿不粘腻。服务也是特别贴心周到，每位工作人员都负责且友好，特别感谢管家Endah，很专业很贴心。
