We’ve returned to Novotel Bali Benoa a few times now, and it’s still the best place we’ve stayed in Bali. It’s consistently quiet, relaxing, and genuinely easy to enjoy. The private villa with its own pool is honestly the best way to experience the resort. Their Xmas and New Year celebrations are wonderful and the buffet breakfasts are not to be missed! Devi and Susi are fantastic as always, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone is warm, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel in Benoa. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is stunning and away from the busy tourist areas (but still within walking distance to spas and convenience stores). The private beach is also a plus. Our villa was kept in tip top shape by our cleaner Swan. We couldn't be happier with our time here.

We only stayed 3 nights pre cruise. Clean hotel, great location, good choice at breakfast, nice pools, more than adequate room, kettle, friendly staff, on the beach. Staff help you cross the road from the garden wing to the main hotel. My only gripe is hotel prices. Walk left a hundred yards or so and food and drink halves in price.

Our experience was lovely! The hotel was super clean, our rooms were very comfortable and everyday we were satisfied with how Rio cleaned our rooms. The only disappointment was that our balcony door lock was broken so we couldn’t go out on our balcony but it was probably too hot anyway and we were able to use our other families next door. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming at Novotel. The spa was also super relaxing and the staff there were also very kind and made us feel comfortable for people who have never had a massage before! Definitely recommend staying here, the atmosphere and location was excellent!!
