I can not fault our stay at the Novetal. We spent 10 days here and it was marvelous. The service from all the staff was outstanding. They were always polite smiling and willing to help not matter how small the requests was. We had room service on a number of occasions the F & B team were always polite and delivery was always on time day and night. We met several staff Nugraha, July, Renga, Dwi and Arg we would especially like to mention them and thank them very much. Tarima Gussey . Storme and George Rm 4101. Kia ora from New Zealand 👏👍👌🙏

It’s a good stay, the staff is very good and friendly, especially a team member named Fenny fron the front office. She is very kind and polite. The bread at pause cafe is delicious. I wanr to recommend to my family and my friend so they can try at Novotel Nusa Dua.

Very lovely staff! Facilities were great. Extra special mention for Lorensia Dayanara, she went over and above to help with any request we made. Would recommend that you see her if you plan to come to Novotel Nusa Dua. We will definitely come back again.

Great resort for family and friends the pools clean great beds . The location also great being 2 minute walk out the back to nice restaurants , the staff where friendly and helpful , a Special thanks to Lorensia for her helpful local advice and for organising a last minute helicopter ride which was awesome THANKS
