We were very happy with the location, beautiful views at breakfast or laying beside the pool overlooking the beach, you can sit up there and watch the fireworks which happen every night, however times do vary. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety that changes daily, staff are amazing and are very dedicated to making your stay a memorable experience. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a place to stay in Bali you wouldn’t be disappointed in the Mercure Kuta Beach hotel, it is also very close to the big shopping mall only about a 5 minute walk. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel in making our stay a really enjoyable experience

Location was perfect. Staff were very good, always greeting guests and helpful with everything. Rooms really need an update, air conditioner in my room was poor, but my friends room was great. Many menu items at the downstair bar were missing and not replenished even 6 days after check in, so this meant the hotel lost significant $$$ from us leaving and drinking elsewhere every night.

This was an amazing hotel, not too big & not too small so has an intimate touch to it. The service felt very personal & the staff were all so friendly. The sunset from the infinity pool is to die for & the breakfast has something for everyone. Would wholly recommend, a hotel is a huge part of a holiday & this one felt perfect for our needs 🙂

Stayed for two nights . The hotel is right in front of beach at a good location . Good for short stay only . Standard breakfast. Standard pool size . Small rooms . Didn’t had food in restaurant so can’t commit .so many restaurants and bars in nearby places .
