This hotel never fails to amazed me with their warm service and helpful staff. starting from reservation confirmation, check-in process and my departure, all staffs showed a great deal of true warm hospitality. As the privilege of my platinum membership, they gladly upgraded my room to suite room. It was one great experience. Their suite room located uniquely near the pool with a great view to the famous Kuta Beach. The room itself is spacious, clean and comfy. One thing missing was, they didn't cater alcoholic beverages as welcome drink for platinum member.. LOL...

Worst hotel

Don't even try to book this hot. The filthiest binebi have seen this far. The manager didn't care at all. Mold in the room, cold shower water, hairs in the bathroom, mould and rust on the corners of the shower room, dirty pillow case. The hotel is too close to the street that it's unsafe.

Very strategic location, in front of the Kuta Beach and near Beachwalk Mall. Many facilities in this hotel like Swimming Pool, Billiard, Spa, etc. All staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast also so yummy

Good location and view of sunset and the sea (Kuta beach). Breakfast was average but there’s eggs, sausage, hash brown and fried noodles/rice. Rooms are quite rundown but if you are not happy with your room, always talk to the reception and they will try their best to move you to a room you will be happy with. Very close to new shopping mall ‘Beachwalk’ in Kuta. Convenience shops are nearby.
