Very nice hotel with ocean view from the rooftop.All staff are friendly and always smile.Many trainees but they are nice.They can arrange transportation to the airport with a good price.Near airport and mall.Will definitely come back here.

The hotel is lovely. We did change rooms as our air con was really loud, sounded like an aeroplane! The staff were lovely and gave us another room. Winda on reception is a very beautiful friendly lady, always smiling, we really liked her. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The restaurant was good, nice food and lovely staff. The rooftop pool was just beautiful and overlooked the beach, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mercure Kuta 🙏🙏

the room is clean, the service is very good and friendly. The breakfast is very delicious!! I really like it, my family also likes it! The swimming pool is big, very satisfying to swim there. There is a beautiful view from the hotel room. And there are lots of plants that make the hotel air fresh and cool! I really like it

A shout out to Ms. Ardi, Reception desk specialist: she is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day! This exception withstanding, Mercure Kuta beachfront hotel which is being touted as a four-star establishment is of a lesser quality than any well tended 3-star resort in Ubud. Good thing we only stayed for one night. Blah blah through and through.

Returning to this hotel for the first time after Covid, I was pleasantly surprised that service level has improved greatly and rooms are kept in good conditions. Am honoured to have to opportunity to meet Winda and she’s been a very great help with her recommendations and is definitely an asset for the hotel. Everyone else from the Front Desk to Bartender could not have been any nicer. Great job, team Mercure Kuta!
