地理位置很好，酒店对面就是海滩，然而房间太旧，地板都是划痕，有些看不出是不是没打扫过，睡了一晚腿上就起了很多小包，可能是虫子咬的。浴巾泛黄陈旧感明显。早上被楼上扔大石头砸地板的声音吵醒，装修声太大

We are pleased to know that you appreciated our beachfront location; however, we sincerely regret that your overall stay did not meet expectations. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the room, including the flooring, towels, and cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We are especially concerned to hear about the discomfort you encountered, including the possibility of insect bites. Please rest assured that we take this matter seriously, and our team has reinforced our pest control and deep-cleaning procedures to ensure guest safety and comfort at all times. Regarding the noise disturbance, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by renovation works. We understand how important a peaceful environment is, and we are actively reviewing how we allocate rooms to better minimize disruption during such periods. Your comments about the condition of our facilities, including flooring and linens, have been shared with the relevant departments, and improvements are already being prioritized as part of our ongoing maintenance and upgrade plans. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we must do better. 入住不到2小时我们跟酒店和平台同时反馈要退一晚，但一直没有得到反馈！不会再入住！也不推荐任何亲友网友入住该酒店！完全不值1200元一晚，最多300元。

酒店位置很方便，去kuta beach、market 都很方便，楼顶可以看到海滩日落，感觉很棒。酒店整体设施不错，干净、有风格。但酒店 spa 技术一般，spa区域的卫生、设施都比较老，看起来没有持续维护，工作人员服务态度没问题，整体来说不推荐在酒店做spa。
