I had a wonderful experience when staying at this hotel. hotel was comfortable with clean room . The restaurant is very nice and provides delicious food . The view was very beautiful . the staff is very kind and friendly. I will come back again

It was an extraordinary experience to be able to stay at Kuta Beach Heritage, especially at the pool bar, the beach view was very beautiful, the sunset was very beautiful, and the margarita cocktail made by the Ngurah bartender staff was very delicious, the best cocktail I drank, and the staff at breakfast were very kind and very friendly, the best five star hotel

Nice fairly sized clean room with comfortable king sized bed, 2 wash basins and separate cubicles for bathroom and toilet. There’s a night safe, mini fridge that works, strong enough wifi signal, standard toiletries and a host of TV channels but only 1 or 2 for movies. However, there’s no view at all. The windows open to the hotel lobby so best you keep the blinds on 24/ 7. Staff are friendly and speaks English. They forget to top up the shower gel during my last night though. Check in and out was smooth and fast. No complimentary coffee or tea packets provided in the room but instead in the lounge behind the hotel reception. There’s no like grand hotel entrance at the ground floor but a flight of stairs greets you at the entrance. You got to walk to the lifts lobby to get to the hotel reception located at level 1. The hotel lobby and reception decor are quite minimal and basic. There’s security or staff to assist with your bags at the ground floor. My purchase via Agoda did not come with breakfast so did not try that one. I think it cost about Rp198K per pax. Didn’t try the gym as well. A small swimming pool at level 4. Hotel is located directly opposite Kuta Beach and a short stroll to Beachwalk Shopping Centre so it’s basically surrounded by shops, bars and eateries.

Amazing pool bar and sunset. ARTHA was my bartender for the afternoon. Great guy. Makes great cocktails for happy hour. Great to have a chat with, very friendly atmosphere. I will be back again. Make sure to checkout the rooftop pool bar for sunset. Great views.
