We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you encountered during your stay. Your comments have been carefully reviewed and shared with the relevant departments for immediate attention. We are particularly concerned to learn about the issues related to the condition of our facilities, the presence of a cockroach in the room, and your breakfast experience. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our beachfront location; however, we sincerely regret that your overall stay did not meet expectations. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the room, including the flooring, towels, and cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We are especially concerned to hear about the discomfort you encountered, including the possibility of insect bites. Please rest assured that we take this matter seriously, and our team has reinforced our pest control and deep-cleaning procedures to ensure guest safety and comfort at all times. Regarding the noise disturbance, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by renovation works. We understand how important a peaceful environment is, and we are actively reviewing how we allocate rooms to better minimize disruption during such periods. Your comments about the condition of our facilities, including flooring and linens, have been shared with the relevant departments, and improvements are already being prioritized as part of our ongoing maintenance and upgrade plans.
