Our maintenance team is currently investigating and addressing the plumbing problem to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Regarding the housekeeping concerns, we are disappointed to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet our standards. Rest assured, we are taking immediate action to review our housekeeping procedures and provide additional training to our team to prevent such oversights. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the room key card. This issue should not have occurred, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure it does not happen again.
