We had a few hiccups during our stay, however, the staff go above and beyond to help resolve your problems. After exchanging money at an exchange kiosk at the end of the drive (left, few doors down) my friend was scammed for 2million idr. The next day security came down with us and got our money back. Only go to legit money change banks to exchange money. We had very noisy neighbours, we spoke to the manager and she moved us to a quieter room. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality, everyone is friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the beach is brilliant, one every hour, if more people waiting, they come back for you. Our time here was very pleasant despite the few little matters mentioned. Thank you

I stayed at Hotel Mercure Bali Nusa Dua for 3 nights and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I did notice that it was a bit dirty in some areas especially the floor and corners. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with good service and complete facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Nusa Dua.

Once arriving nothing was what was advertised,everyday was a challenge trying to get what we had paid for. Very run down compared to the photos, no transfers booked, one room wasn't ready at 10.30pm when we arrived, A/C didn't work, no variety with the breakfast buffet. The list goes on, over all VERY disappointing.

Really appreciate, make my stay comfy, memorable. And really really great service staff!! I feel every staff who meet me is very open to me and make my first impression who travelling alone is safety and really enjoy. This is my first experience travelling to bali alone and yup meet my expectation 100% the staff very helpful🩶 thank you ms. Putri who help me during check in and mr. Sindu who help gave me late check out also the concierge staff, i forgot the name but really meaningful for me💫

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the garden was beautiful. The swimming pool was also fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
