Amazing, relaxing family experience

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Mövenpick resort. We hardly left the resort as we had everything we needed there. The kids are catered for in so many ways: 3 different zones in the pool (for every age), a kids club, chocolate happy hour and even bunny feeding (there were baby bunnies there when we visited) and plenty of space to relax. You don't feel you're on top of each other in the pool area. I would mention a special thanks to Heny who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She went out of her way to accommodate us and our visiting friends. Also worth mentioning is the breakfast buffet which all of us enjoyed. The massage at the spa was the most relaxing experience - highly recommended. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much, Heny and all the staff at Mövenpick.

I can understand the 5 star reviews from people with young families. The resort is set up for that group and I am sure they get what they paid for. We travelled with an older teenager and our overall view of the hotel was not a five star. Our room was great, spacious and clean with a good view of the pool. The pool is also great, however there was big shortage of deck chairs around the pool. I am not one to get up a the crack of sparrows to reserve a chair and because of that we missed out every day. You should be able to sleep-in on holiday and not have to worry about a deck chair. Service was generally slow at the hotel but at the pool it was non-existent. And the chocolate hour was one to be missed. Unless you like watching pigs to a trough. My wish is the hotel management would stop people coming straight from the pool to gorge themselves at the chocolate buffet. The floors become wet, slippery and downright dangerous, especially in the lift lobby. A highlight for me was the roof top bar. It had an amazing menu and view over Jimbaran Bay. I really enjoyed having an evening cocktail up there. I gave this hotel 4 stars because the rooms were good, they were clean, the hotel is quite modern and the staff are very friendly.

Beautiful family experience with exceptional service. Diari and Prima were excellent massage therapists. Sastra provided a cheery morning welcome and beginner yoga experience. Chocolate hour was a daily treat and the kids club well provisioned, except there were limited games for over 10 year olds.

This resort is kid-heaven! With three different types of pools, an awesome kids club (that our kids were begging us to go to each day), amazing food and caring staff. We went for 8 nights and had two joined suites for 7 people. The rooms were very comfortable, bathrooms beautiful.

.We visited a spa at this resort. Natalia's massage was wonderful, delicate and friendly. I had a little bit of sunburn, but they were very caring and their massage was excellent. I will visit again when I have a chance. I recommend this spa for everyone :)
