Shoutout to Yudi and Julian, they were amazing! Yudi assist us for the photoshoot at the villa. All the staff are well trained! Thank you for the exceptional service ! The steak from loloan restaurant was perfect and tasty. Really enjoy our stay at Raffles.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was incredible. The service is outstanding and the staffs are all so nice and friendly. Special thanks to our butler, Thomson, who took good care of us during our stay. He offered to book me an aquatic yoga class knowing that I’m interested in yoga and always sent us the itinerary for the next day making sure we wouldn’t miss any. We were here for our honeymoon trip and booked the Purnama Honeymoon dinner. The set up in both our room and Purnama were amazing. We have also booked a few classes including JAMU class and cocktail class. The staffs were really nice and shared about the history and origin of the drinks. Ikhsan, our instructor for JAMU class, even prepared recipe for us. We also participated in the botanical tour. Our guide, 麗慧 is a very sweet girl. Knowing that we are from HK, she wrote us a letter in Chinese to welcome us. The food in Raffles Bali was also wonderful. The dinning experience was unforgettable. We had our dinner at Rumari. Dika shared a lot about the meaning of Rumari as well as the food philosophy of the restaurant. Last but not least, the Balinese massage was amazing.

Relaxing stay with amazing service

We had the most incredible time and couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The rooms were immaculate and offered a wide range of amenities. Separately, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating to all of our requests which made our stay that bit more relaxing (late checkout, dinner reservations etc). We had a Balinese massage at the hotel spa which was very good and made use of the gym which was well equipped. Prior to arriving, we had read about the adjacent building works but this didn’t cause any issues during our stay. The section of the hotel which has been affected has sadly been temporarily closed, but the remainder is unaffected and we didn’t have a moment where it made our stay difficult. Lastly, the food was excellent throughout our stay, breakfast being our highlight given the variation! We will definitely be heading back next year! Thanks to all the raffles team for a fantastic stay!

처음에 모든 사람들이 래플스발리는 프라이빗하며 뷰가 좋다고 하여 신혼여행으로 좋은곳을 택한거에 만족하며 도착하였으나, 들어오자마자 보이는 공사장 타워크레인 인부들이 우리들의 수영장을 보고있으며 뒤쪽에선 호텔 증축공사를 진행중인 상황이라 많이 시끄럽고 비싼비용을 투자하여 들어갈만한 곳은 아닌거같다. 또한, 룸변경을 요청한 사항에서 시간약속이 맞지않은점 한박에 150만원짜리 방이라고는 믿기지않을 풍경에 놀랐다. 직원들이 대응이 늦어 투어사에 이야기한 결과 바로 조치가 되었으며 고객으로써 참 아쉽다는 생각과 다시는 가고싶지않다는 생각이 들었다.
