Mercure is the best place to stay if you are visiting Kuta. It is located in a very central location in Kuta accessible to beach, clubs, restaurant. We also got a free upgrade from superior room to ocean view room. We didn’t mind paying for the breakfast as it was nominal and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We also got free entry to Atlas beach club bcoz of our stay at Mercure. Highly recommended for accommodation. Thanks to Devi & Ardi for amazing service and hospitality.

Lovely staff and location. Pool was beautiful and quiet. Only disappointment was the food. Ate at the restaurant 3 times and not very impressed. Super bland. And breakfast average. Room nice and clean. Quite loud on the bottom floor and there was a wedding on which was very loud and pool closed all day.

Sebenernya gak ada masalah sm hotel ini. All good also we get some compliment, spoiled me so well. Awalnya agak kaget masuk kamar masih ada staff yg masih nge cek kamar, but it's ok I was worked at hotel too and I understand it. Until we have a plan to go swimming in the next morning before breakfast, dan kaget bgt di tengah2 kolam renang ada panggung nikahan yg sudah dipasang. Yg sangat disayangkan adalah the front officer didn't inform me while checking in, also there's no apologize letter in our room which is our room right beside the pool. Kalau tau mau ada nikahan ditengah kolam kita bisa berenang sehari sebelumnya. We got so disappointed.

Highly recommended this hotel, located right on the beach front of Kuta. Services is great. First day of arrival and we were picked up at the airport by the hotel drive Ketut. Once arriving to the hotel the stuff were friendly, had welcome drinks on arrival. Even when one of the room card keys didn’t work they fixed it and even when one of my friends couldn’t get his bag open they where able to get it open for him, they even fixed the flood in their room one night. Replacement water every day. Breakfast was great different things to choose for the whole time. By the end of the stay they even let me check out later than 12 and hang around the hotel while waiting for my flight home.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable and was maintained beautifully every day We had breakfast every day which had plenty of choices We also had dinner one evening which was really good One of the biggest plus for this hotel is the wonderful staff, who treat you like family rather than a guest. You are always greeted warmly wherever you are in the hotel . Looking forward to returning Again thank you Mecure Kuta Beach for a wonderful stay
