Excellent hotel with top service. Room service, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff (in particular lovelly Sukaseni, she makes the vest homelets!) at top notch! We stayed in the two bedroom villa, which has two large bedrooms, with walk-in wardrobe each and in suite bathrooms with shower and bath. Perfect place to work abroad and also relax!

I have visited Novotel Bali Benoa several times and it always memorable moment to enjoy. I really like the view of the beach area and the gardens around the beach, from this resort we can also enjoy the sunrise before going to the Uluwatu restaurant for breakfast. Novotel Bali Benoa is another word for warmth, comfort and friendliness. All the staff are very friendly, especially Wisnu in f&b service who always greets us very well. The food here is also delicious apart from being supported by comfortable rooms and complete facilities. I really look forward to my next visit here.

Excellent service. They are so helpful and friendly when you brought up any problem to them. Good environment and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, comes with hair dryer and is the best hotel I stayed during my 4 days vacation.

The front beach Cabana we stayed is pretty amazing. It’s spacious, has outdoor hot n cold huge bath tub made of stone. We get our big room clean everyday by Agus. Agus is very spot on what we need daily in the room. Thank you. Staff at the reception are helpful and courteous. We can recommend Novotel Benoa as if they love to hang at the swimming pool with stunning view. Thanks to Ayu for assisting as well.

It's my partner birthday! The hotel staff arrange the room and prepare the birthday cake which make my boyfriend's and I feel so grateful and happy. They gave us the late check out as well to enjoy the resort made our day more meaningful💕 The staff are very humble and helpful. The environment very clean and peachful🥺💕
