We are pleased to hear that you found your room clean and appreciated the friendliness of our team. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your constructive comments regarding the breakfast selection and quality, as well as the shuttle service to our private beach. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shuttle not operating according to the advertised hourly schedule. We also understand your disappointment regarding the limited availability of beach chairs. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for further review and improvement.
