we had a great time at Novotel. the beach is clean, the breakfast is good and the staff really helpfull and do the best they can. Special thanks to reception Nadhia, Grace, Lorensia, Dita, Ayu, and Dian. definetly will be back with our big family to celebrate my daughter sweet seventeen next year.

Seems to be a medium size resort compared to others. The front gate is on the beautiful Nusa dua gardens, and there’s a back gate to a main road with Warung and Shops. Shuttle to the beach, or Bali collection. Very clean and very friendly staff. My favourite staff are Pauline, Ayit, Agus, Jeff, Rai, Wayan, Dewi, and many others I can’t remember all names.

Rooms are great. Food is excellent. Lovely quiet location and nice swimming pools. Staff are so friendly, smile and greet always and give great service. Bali Collection is walking distance and many businesses to explore nearby.

Great location, nice outdoor pool & surroundings, very friendly & helpful staff, good food at competitive prices compared to UK. The rooms are spacious, well laid out & comfortable. Taxis readily available, local street full of small shops & restaurants, and nice massage places. Good walks near beach, lots of places to visit, free shuttle to beach & local shopping mall.
