The best part of my stay was Wendy at the front desk who was super helpful along with being friendly and lovely. The rug in my room had lots of stains but the room was good for practical purposes. Love that it’s connected to the airport. The gentleman who checked me in last night was very nice. I will definitely stay here again for my last night in Bali to avoid stress.

Great night for transit

I would not hesitate to stay again. Of course location is very convenient so we stayed here the night before flying home to avoid traffic and stress. We were in Suite with lounge access. Which meant free drinks and plenty of snacks for dinner. The rooftop bat was a great and novel surprise with l8ce music and view of the seemingly nightly fireworks in the area. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful with requests.

Nice stay for the late arrival

Reasonable price to stay for a late-arrived flight. It is 5min walk from the airport. Food was okay and service was very nice. Pho is delicious. The only cons is that it is not so clean. I have quite a higher standard on tidiness, so some might be okay with this.

We have always stayed here for the ease and locality for domestic and international flights. Service has always been good and the good buffet breakfast has even expanded more. Our room this time wasnt as good and we both felt itchy in bed…could be there cleaning solutions. Its getting a bit tired now as its used a lot and quality of bathroom towels highlights this.

We stayed at Novotel on a Monday night and booked a superior king room for Rp 1,399,999 (~140 AUD). We arrived about 11pm to be pleasantly surprised by Diego, the reception manager, that we had received an upgrade to a suite. He then kindly escorted us to the room and then up to the rooftop bar which stayed open a tad longer than the midnight closing so we could enjoy a drink or three. We were the only people up there and we had a nice chat with the friendly bar tender. What a lovely start to our trip and welcome back to Indonesia. Both Diego and the bar tender are great assets to your team Accor/Novotel! They are why I gave a 5 star rating and have already rebooked. I like the Novotel for 1. Convenience (especially if you are onward travelling) 2. Great staff 3. Lovely rooms 4. Very quiet even though you are on an airport site 5. Value for money. I have stayed at many airport hotels in a number of countries and this is consistently the best! The room itself was lovely and because I got an upgrade I’m just reflecting rather than rating on the room itself. It had 2 toilets, one to the left of the entry, a sitting room, walk through wardrobe (including ironing board and iron), huge bathroom area and large shower room. The bedroom did not disappoint either. I just wish we had more time to enjoy it.
