We had been during Diwali. Our stay was pleasant.All activities are nearby like waterbom and others. The breakfast was specially prepared vegetarian and utmost delicious on request. Both the attendant Ms Nita and Ms Seni went out of the way to serve us delicious Veg Breakfast all days of our stay. This was very satisfying and made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Thanks to Both of them. Other room services were also great.

Overpriced and rundown. This hotel needs to seriously consider its pricing unless it refurbishes. It's dirty old and the food was awful. Do not stay here. We paid almost 200 asutalian for one night and had to clean our own air conditioners... For $40 or $50 you would expect this but nit for what they charge.

Absolutely perfect stay in KUTA...This side Ayush Bhalla From Columbus Holidays, I had stayed for 3 nights at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel for our group trip with 53 pax . It was Absolutely perfect trip. The service was fabulous, the food outstanding and the location was stunning front of Kuta Beach , Spacious and very clean and quiet room. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star experience .Thank so you much for your hospitality. The view of beach from infinity pool is amazingly beautiful. The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel, an Accor Brand establishment, was a stark reminder that not all 5-star hotels meet the same standards of prestige and quality. Upon arrival, the hotel's ambiance immediately struck a dissonant chord. The hallways, themed after a boat, not only felt antiquated but also emitted an unpleasant, damp odor reminiscent of a storeroom. This initial impression was a forewarning of the inconsistencies to come. The Heritage King Suite, Room 126, touted as the hotel's premium offering, was a letdown. The need for serious renovation was evident. The shower room's tiles were so unclean that I resorted to wearing slippers while showering. Additionally, water damage on the floor and uncleaned glass windows further detracted from the room's appeal. Our dissatisfaction led us to consider cutting our stay short. However, the process of doing so, as explained by the front desk, was marred by the prospect of a penalty for early departure, a policy I found unreasonable given the circumstances. Our request for an alternative room, even if it meant downgrading, was met with a transfer to Room 206. While this room was in better condition than Room 126, it still fell short of the 5-star standard. The spa facility, appearing more akin to a third-party establishment than an integral part of a luxury hotel, did not invite our patronage. We also did not experience the pool, which is shared with Kutabex Beach Front, hinting at a lack of exclusivity. Despite the staff's courteous demeanor and the hotel's advantageous location opposite Kuta Beach and near Beachwalk Mall, these positives were overshadowed by the overall disappointing experience. The disparity between the website's portrayal of the rooms and their actual condition was stark. In my opinion, this hotel aligns more closely with a 3-star rating rather than its claimed 5-star status. The affordability of the room rates, while initially appealing, is reflective of the compromised quality. Our experience at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel was underwhelming and inconsistent with the standards I have come to expect from luxury accommodations from Accor brand. It is unlikely that I will choose to stay at this hotel again.

Lovely staycation with great service from all staff. My short staycation was so great and satisfying since I was being help with Amel at the reception. She was really helpful, lovely and genuine. She provide anything we need before we ask for. Keep up great work, definitely will come back here
