The Raffles Bali property is absolutely beautiful. The dining, especially in Rumari for a five-course dining experience, is Michelin level dining. However, what makes Raffles is the staff! They are over the top superb!

Our experience at Raffles Bali was absolutely exceptional. The villa was stunning, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and offered complete privacy and peace. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was exquisite, like fine dining at its best. The staff, from management, Bernadine to housekeeping and spa, were warm, professional, and attentive, with our butler, Aditya, providing truly outstanding service. Every detail made us feel valued and special. A perfect blend of luxury, serenity, and heartfelt hospitality, truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Location - near to the airport - so no jam :) Atmosphere - everyone here is exceptional, friendly and 200% well trained. My best stay in Bali Rooms - the people and service here has way exceeded the design and everything doesn’t really matter anymore :)

Honeymoon trip

We came to stay here for our honeymoon and it was stunning! The villa was beautiful and clean. Our butlers Endah and Chris really made sure we were so looked after. We had an amazing couples massage at the sanctuary and the view and experience were like you were floating in the clouds. The food was also out of this world and all the waiting staff went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying the food and immersed you in the Balinese culture. Even when we left, we were taken care of by the lovely driver and in the airport too. The only bad thing was having to say goodbye to the whole team. Really hope to come back one day!
