The most heartfelt hotel we've ever stayed in.. The staff here remember our names during breakfast, dinner and even during our buggy ride.. The staff also noticed that taking out the room key from our wallets was too troublesome and they even opened the door for us each time! The best part is our butler , Gaby who attended to our requests within minutes or even seconds..

Best villa to stay for our babymoon, the ambience was very calming, peaceful, of course with the nice view from our room. The Food and drinks were good. Our butler was Gaby, she is great, so humble, informative, she really took care of us, super quick responses. The other staff like in the rumari also great. The massage was so peaceful, my husband and i fall asleep during massage because it was great. Cant wait to have another time to stay here! Thanks for all the crew of Raffles ✨

The stay in Raffles was much better than i expected, our Butler Thomson speaks both English and Mandarin, and he is so nice and polite. The villa we stayed in was awesome, the best part was the birthday celebration they prepared for my friend, it was so surprising. The infinity pool is awesome, nice view and great hygiene. Btw, they provide a lot of activities, we were actually missing out a lot of funs, please prepare enough time to stay inside the hotel😛

I really love this hotel.It is not only the beautiful place, but also all the staffs in here.Their smiles and carings, let me feel like I’m staying at a beautiful villa with my lover and good friends.I’ve got so many surprises and gifts here. Wonderful stay, great villa resort with a beautifully landscaped green "oasis" - very fine cuisine at Rumari - a must for the tasting menu (Rumari is a culinary journey at the highest level & with a wonderful storytelling) and incredibly great staff!!! We would like to mention our fantastic and incredible butler Aditya, the amazing & great Bagus and the very polite and professional Nick 🚀🚀🚀 ... and without exception all the staff were professional, warm and all of them read our wishes from our lips!
