今までバリ島は８回行きました ブルガリ　ムリアヴィラ　アヤナヴィラ セントレジス　フォーシーズンズ いろいろなバトラーの方が素晴らしい接客をしてくれましたが 私達が生涯忘れないバトラーの名前は ラッフルズの　Sevaさんだけです 前泊のセントレジスバリはバトラーに定評があります たしかに安定した接客でしたが 毎日午前午後で担当の方が変わり 顔もお名前もわかりませんでした バリ島での老舗　私はバリ島で1番はブルガリではなくセントレジスだと思っていましたが　1番違いがでたのは老舗ならではでの ルーティン化したバトラーの対応 また花の扱いがぞんざいでした 素晴らしいプレゼントが毎日有名なコーヒーのサービスと届きましたが 1日目に感動した　テーブルの上のアニバーサリーディスプレイはよく見ると　水が濁りハイドランジアの花は私達のためにセッティングされたとは思えない 前泊の人からの使い回しでした 体調が悪いお見舞いの花も　たぶん前日のPARTY等の残りと感じる　ブーケでした ラッフルズは若いバトラーさんの これからの成長がはっきりとわかる接客 部屋に届いたバラのブーケも彼のようにフレッシュで私達のために作られたものでした 今回老舗の狡猾さとSevaさんの献身的な接客 圧倒的なもの マイナスをプラスに変えていただきました 部屋のアップグレードもたしかに感動しましたが彼が上司を説得してくれた姿に感銘しました 今回アリラウルワツ　セントレジス ラッフルズと3件宿泊しましたが 今日本に帰り 私達の旅の思い出はラッフルズの思い出とSevaさんの笑顔しかありません いま隣のメリアの建設で完璧とは言い難いラッフルズの状態ですが 来年以降メリアの建設が終わり 騒音問題が解決すれば　バリ島で唯一無二なホテルはラッフルズバリです バリ島に戻るときはラッフルズ以外にありません 素晴らしい思い出をありがとうございます 私達はホテルは箱 最後に優劣を決めるのはそこで出会ったスタッフの方々の接客だといつも思っています 近い将来　Sevaさんに会いにラッフルズに滞在するためにだけバリ島に行く事を楽しみにしています 　　　　　　Osamu ＆M. ホテル全体のロケーション、敷地内のデザインレイアウト、部屋からの眺望、各スタッフのもてなし、特にバトラーの対応は素晴らしい。プライベートビーチは貧弱で雰囲気がない。食事は選択肢が少ないが、味は良かったです。
