The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a good location. Close to everything you need walking distance to the beach, shopping center, restaurant and local shops if you’re interested in souvenirs. But the main thing I like about this hotel is the staff. Anita and Nita are both great people who every guest will love. Their hospitality, kindness, courteousness brings us comfort and peace and joy in this hotel. Additionally, they speak English very well. So, no worries at all if you have any concerns. Highly recommended 👍

The Hotel is located opposite Kuta Beach, on a very busy road. The check in is easy and efficient. The room we had was noisy from around 5pm to midnight. Loud music, makes it very hard to sleep. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is not exactly what we were looking for, the food was overcooked. Then at nighttime, the noise from the motorbikes and car keep us awake. Breakfast was on one day perfect, the next day not at all. Very inconsistent.

We also regret to hear that your dining experience did not meet expectations, with food being overcooked and breakfast quality inconsistent. This is not reflective of the standards we strive for. I loved to stay here, I have comfort bed and pillows, spacious room. All staffs are friendly specially Linda at the breakfast and Dayu the Duty Manager. They was very polite and very very good at their job . Dayu helps me a lot . I would say she was your asset at this hotel . As a guest you’re lucky to have Dayu and Linda working in your company. Excellent hotel and a very good staff. We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Really nice roof top swimming pool.

I stayed here for 10 nights on a work trip and it was fabulous. The room and the bed are very comfortable. The service from all staff was very good. Always helpful and smiling. The breakfast buffet is good and it is outside which I appreciate after sleeping all night with the air conditioner on. The location is great for access to lots of eating places and bars. Kuta Beach is just across the road and the hotel pool is also good. All in all a good hotel and nice and clean. Would stay again.
