Located along the coast, i enjoyed my stay totally. The room i was assigned in faced the beach. Great view of the waves. Sunset was ok. Had seen more beautiful ones. The TV channels were awesome if you decide to stay in. Shower room was spacious. Hot water ran well. Air-con seemed to be running at the same temperature no matter how high it was set to. I ended sleeping with the aircon off and balcony door ajar. Bathroom amenities were great. The only complain i have would be the gym. It was badly furnished. Dumbells were incomplete. There was no complete pair and missing weights. The gym also smelled musky and dusty.

I had an amazing stay at the Kuta beach heritage. Neat, clean, and spacious modern rooms. Excellent roof top pool and restaurant area. Buffet breakfast is Nice with reasonable choice of dishes. Check In process is smooth i arrived at 12:00 and the room is ready. Everyone who works here are polite and give top notch services. Also wanted to mention amelia for her help and support . If you need something just looking her, amelia ☺️ very helpful and friendly. Great location for shopping and beach. Very close to the airport. Will definitely recommend everyone to try!!!!❤️

Near Kuta beach, this hotel, because of its strategic location, the hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are very clean, teak floors, near the swimming pool are suitable for photo spots. there is a room with a sea view, it's cool to enjoy the sunset while drinking wine with your partner, the service is really excellent and great, there is food that is halal, non-halal and vegetarian.

The lobby is dominant with luxury wood, there is big 🛳️ made you feel like you are in the titanic boat. Located across of kuta beach🏝️, near to the mall and surrounding by local streets food. They have many helpful staff and feel like personal services I can feel they sincerity, home away from home seems like all they staff work with they heart. From reception (amel, eri) happy hour and breakfast team at the restaurants all (nita,linda,and the manager) was gave excellent service. Room was clean, the housekeeper made they good job. I will recommend to stay here, close to the airport and everything. See you soon… I love ❤️ Bali

The employee,the room and the view was really nice and great and the swimming pool also. The room is clean and the food also good. To be honest this hotel has the nicest staff especially Amelia and her team Rai,Eri,Ivan and Sona. Thank you so much for your hospitality,i really enjoy stay in this hotel. Will come back again for sure 😉
