I booked a room to stay for about four hours before my midnight flight. The front desk receptionist, Nilam, had such a kind and cheerful manner that my fatigue disappeared the moment I checked in. I truly appreciated the room upgrade and her thoughtful interest in the guest’s culture and country. It is a place I would recommend for anyone looking to rest comfortably before a long flight.

I went to the lounge and I was greeted very warmly & friendly by your staff Sri Wiyani.She is so polite ,courteous & show how happy she was to serve me. This is why I really love this hotel is because of staff like Sri. I will 10000% recommend family & friends about this hotel and especially Sri.
