The hotel scores with its location directly at the airport. However, we wondered why the hotel is not better signposted. A small "N" as a sign somewhere is not enough. However, the hotel's friendly staff were waiting for us in the arrival hall and relieved us of our search. Our room (ground floor) was small, a little dark, but generally okay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, there was a lot on offer and the quality was good. The Club Lounge was small but nicely furnished, and snacks and wine were on offer. The hotel staff were exemplary, friendly and helpful Conclusion: Gladly again!

The staff is very attentive and warm. Rooms are cozy and the spa is always a good choice! At the restaurant they have live music some times while you enjoy your meals. Thanks a lot to Candra at the breakfast Buffet and Tri at the spa! You were both very special

Food is really good and the service is perfect Chandra was very friendly and help me to get my lovely ice coffee and bali was very good and clean and also humane We really enjoyed it and we were completely comfortable with all of the services and the staff

Being located right by the airport makes this hotel an obvious choice for business travelers. However, the WiFi connection is absolutely unacceptable. Even opening a basic website takes an unreasonable amount of time. As a crypto nomad whose work depends entirely on reliable internet, this was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience. It's astonishing that a hotel catering to business travelers could neglect such a critical amenity. Management must address this immediately, as it completely undermines the convenience of the location and the expectations of your guests. This level of service is inexcusable.
