Wijaya, and dwi (trainee) were very friendly they did our room service and kept our room clean and tidy, we were very happy with the service provided. Requested for more coffee and water and they gave us as what we wanted,...... Overall good staff

We had a wonderful time at Novotel Bali particularly due to it’s beautiful location and to the helpfulness of the staff. At reception, Midi managed to find our family of 11, 3 rooms that accommodated us very comfortably in well appointed garden settings. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the activities in the kids club and we took advantage of the delicious variety of dining opportunities there and nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Benoa recently, beautiful staff, room and loved the breakfast - best omelette I’ve ever had! I’d also like to mention Oka who runs the hotel activities. I took the beach walk and yoga class class with Oka and he was friendly and knowledgeable and made these experiences awesome. He’s a terrific young man.

We stayed on the beachside in room 327 and the deal included a buffet breakfast, which definitely included something to suit everbody's taste - I loved the freshly cooked omelettes. There is also a great beachside restaurant and bar. The pool is large and in a wonderful position, and has a section for plastic sun-lounges in the water. The gardens are very well maintained. There are playful squirrels that run along rafters and in the trees near the bar. There are daily activities for adults and kids, such as various water sports, cycling, table tennis, aquarobics, sari wearing etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's impossible not to relax and enjoy yourself here.

Lovely room and always cleaned to the highest standard. Saputra and all the house keeping staff done an amazing job with keeping our room clean and making sure we had everything we needed. Definately went above and beyond. Always polite and friendly and have a smile on their face.
