We sincerely apologize for the frustration and unpleasant experience you encountered during our check-in process regarding your payment method. That being said, we deeply regret that this transition was not handled smoothly or explained to you with the care and professionalism you deserve, especially since this is not something you have encountered at other properties. ホテルは少し古いですが、清掃は行き届いていました。 アリはたくさん部屋にいます…これは仕方ないですね。 バスタオルははっきりと床に置いて置かないと交換してもらえません。 フェイスタオルはありません。フロントにお願いしたらあるみたいです。そこまではもういいと思い、依頼しませんでした。 シャンプーインリンスのため、髪はバサバサですので、女性で気になる方はトリートメントを持参した方がいいと思います。 朝食は、そこそこあると思います。オムレツも作ってもらえます。グルテンフリーパンもあります（4種類ぐらい）食パンは卵も入ってなさそう、他のパンは卵は入っていると思います。 オレンジジュースは果汁100%ではありません。 ホテルの従業員の方はどの方も感じよく、楽しい滞在でした。 ホテルから空港の送迎は325000ルピアだったと思います。ただし渋滞があるといけないから。と10時のフライトをホテル出発7:15の提案をされたのですが、もう少し遅くしてほしいと依頼するも私たちの英語では折れてくれませんでした。
