アレルギーのある息子が食べられるものを、一緒に考えて作ってくださって感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 他のスタッフの方もいつも様子を聞いてくれて、観光する場所の提案もしてくれた。 Kids clubのサービスも素晴らしく、子供達は親無しでも楽しく過ごすこともできた。 部屋もいつもきれいに掃除していただき、全てが素晴らしいホテルです。

We’re pleased to hear that you found our hotel quiet and comfortable, and that our kind and helpful staff, as well as the delicious food, contributed to your stay. However, I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered in the toilet and shower areas as well he absence of hand towels. This falls short of our usual standards, and I have shared your concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure immediate improvements. ホテルは少し古いですが、清掃は行き届いていました。 アリはたくさん部屋にいます…これは仕方ないですね。 バスタオルははっきりと床に置いて置かないと交換してもらえません。 フェイスタオルはありません。フロントにお願いしたらあるみたいです。そこまではもういいと思い、依頼しませんでした。 シャンプーインリンスのため、髪はバサバサですので、女性で気になる方はトリートメントを持参した方がいいと思います。 朝食は、そこそこあると思います。オムレツも作ってもらえます。グルテンフリーパンもあります（4種類ぐらい）食パンは卵も入ってなさそう、他のパンは卵は入っていると思います。 オレンジジュースは果汁100%ではありません。 ホテルの従業員の方はどの方も感じよく、楽しい滞在でした。 ホテルから空港の送迎は325000ルピアだったと思います。ただし渋滞があるといけないから。と10時のフライトをホテル出発7:15の提案をされたのですが、もう少し遅くしてほしいと依頼するも私たちの英語では折れてくれませんでした。

敷地が適度な広さで移動には困らない。プールも大きくはないが、そこまで混まず快適に過ごせる。 食事が何を食べても美味しく、ルームサービスやレストランで完結出来る。
