Stayed for two nights . The hotel is right in front of beach at a good location . Good for short stay only . Standard breakfast. Standard pool size . Small rooms . Didn’t had food in restaurant so can’t commit .so many restaurants and bars in nearby places .

We did not stay here, but did eat here given they accept the Accor card. Dinner was great shared with a great ocean view . There is pool and deck dining options near the roof top pool . Friendly staff located right next door to Hard Rock. Well worth a future visit

I wanted to share my unfortunate experience at Mercure Bali Kuta and raise a formal complaint. Upon our arrival, the staff was unfriendly and no welcome drink was offered. I had to ask for one since we had just come off a very long flight. The room we were given was very small and not clean, so much so that we had to request new sheets. The service was terrible and we even found geckos in the room which required calling the staff to remove them. The most alarming incident occurred on July 24th, while we were at the check-in counter. The roof above us collapsed, causing water to gush out. As I was taking a video and pictures to report this safety concern to Accor, a staff member rudely told me to stop recording. I have attached the pictures and video for your reference. In conclusion, I would never stay at Mercure again. Their standards are far below what is advertised on their website and I would like Accor

It is regrettable to know that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We do apology for the inconvenience regarding to all of the issues you have passes during your stay. In regard of the welcome drink, based on my investigation directly to the staff handled on check in, the welcome drink has well prepared and provided to you upon your arrival. The room size, we admit that our room size is small, however every single issues should be takes appropriately since our staff has prepare the new room for you, however you have refused to move to the room that we have prepared properly. So sorry regarding the Gecko you have found here that actually exist in tropical country like Indonesia which is very difficult to predict when those kind of animal entering the room and those animal cold not expelled by pest control . We have a bad situation by facing the water squirted out on the ceiling at the Lobby and other corridor which is, no one expecting this happened. In rush situation everybody tried their best to avoid the worst situation. We just wanted everything to be alright without anyone bringing each other down. That is our purposed and we hope that you able to well understand our situation and condition at that time. Rest assured that every feedback is valuable for us to be better in the future. The hotel is on the busy road Bang opposite to the Kuta Beach across the road. Rooms are small and compact. We felt crammed. We did not have food we could not find veg food. Lots of vegetarian restaurants, pubs and sports bar nearby. You get taxis for going around which is.not expensive
