the room is clean, the service is very good and friendly. The breakfast is very delicious!! I really like it, my family also likes it! The swimming pool is big, very satisfying to swim there. There is a beautiful view from the hotel room. And there are lots of plants that make the hotel air fresh and cool! I really like it

A shout out to Ms. Ardi, Reception desk specialist: she is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day! This exception withstanding, Mercure Kuta beachfront hotel which is being touted as a four-star establishment is of a lesser quality than any well tended 3-star resort in Ubud. Good thing we only stayed for one night. Blah blah through and through.

Returning to this hotel for the first time after Covid, I was pleasantly surprised that service level has improved greatly and rooms are kept in good conditions. Am honoured to have to opportunity to meet Winda and she’s been a very great help with her recommendations and is definitely an asset for the hotel. Everyone else from the Front Desk to Bartender could not have been any nicer. Great job, team Mercure Kuta!

Thank You Meecure Kuta Staff and Mgmt for the amazing… Had a great stay with amazing view. The room facing the ocean and one way street. Traffic could be busy but you tend to walk around the back roads and use Grab Scooter Taxi. Central Location, next to te broadwalk shopping centre.

We were very happy with the location, beautiful views at breakfast or laying beside the pool overlooking the beach, you can sit up there and watch the fireworks which happen every night, however times do vary. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety that changes daily, staff are amazing and are very dedicated to making your stay a memorable experience. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a place to stay in Bali you wouldn’t be disappointed in the Mercure Kuta Beach hotel, it is also very close to the big shopping mall only about a 5 minute walk. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel in making our stay a really enjoyable experience
