Stayed with families, and satisfied with their service, despite the breakfast was not excellent but we really understand during this hard situation. Located just opposite famous Kuta beach, and also Beachwalk Mall, really very good location with valued money. Great Job Mercure Kuta Bali

we stay for 4 nights, and think the hotel is so so. know the situation they must reduce the staff, but think still acceptable. the breakfast is no separation from smoking and non smoking area and its really bothering us. when we check in, we got a smelly room, and we complain and ask to change room.

the hotel has good location only opposite the beach and near the restaurants but the hotel room sizes are some how small and the service isn't that good according to mercure brand the breakfast was so poor that days

I have been staying with the beautiful people of Mercure Bali Kuta for many years now and would not hesitate to recommend its beauty from the rooftop pool to the breakfast buffet, so delicious !! I know as a long time guest i can only give you my opinion regarding my stays , but each time i have stayed i have met new guests who have had similar enjoyable experiences on their stays and also made a number of lifelong friends from all around the world. The staff here are world class in service for their guests, they are so beautifully going about their tasks in the respectful Balinese way, and should be commended for it , I will be a guest here as long as I can travel , Thank-you Management and long term staff I hope to see you soon

Nicely located just across Kuta beach. Walking distance also to the mall. Do not forget to enjoy sunset frim ITS roof top pool as it directly heading toward west which we Will be able to see the sunset without any obstacles. Improvement needed on the room balcony seal as it was heavy rain during my stay and water ingress in to the room and flooded it.

Stayed few times but still not feel privileged

I stayed at this hotel several times but although I am Gold member I had to mention before I was greeted and given privileged. I was not given Gold welcome drink, and I had to ask the next day. Also Gold welcome drink do not entitle to hot drink. nor alcoholic. I was not completely satisfied.

Love the 4th floor and the infinity pool, always love to stay here on my visits to Bali. Guests are welcomed and the staff are happy to please, always with a smile. Breakfasts are basic but a good selection, fruits, pastries etc

The view from the pool is sensational, breakfast had a good selection which rotated, rooms were smallish but quiet, clean & functional. No children’s activities as such so if you are hoping for sometime to yourself while the kids are in kids activities this is not the hotel for you. Would definitely stay again but would arrange a nanny for some me time.

Love love love this property. Have stayed there 3 years in a row. Met people who have stayed there over and over again too. So that just speaks volumes .... when you keep going back ! The staff ensure the feeling of a hotel where solo women are safe and looked after. There were so many women travelling alone there - and had been back 3, 4 some even 10 times ! Well done everyone.

The hotel is close to retail shops, restaurants, Beachwalk shopping centre, Matahari department store, travel agencies, money exchange and directly opposite Kuta Beach. All the staff are extremely friendly. We had the delight of dealing with Kirana Dewi at check in, who subsequently popped up at breakfast time assisting the other staff. Room was adequate, extremely pleased that the modern bathroom did have a rain shower as advertised. We only dined at the restaurant for breakfast, which had a nice variety of food to choose from.

Hugely disappointing, pas pour les enfants

We are very disappointed with Accord to do with this hotel. We have stayed with Accor hotels in Asia and in Europe, we especially loved the Ibis by Ho Chi Minh Airport, great manager however Mercure Kuta was a disaster, the glass deal turned out to be cheap spirits verging on being fake alcohol in their cocktails not quality spirits that you would expect by a 4 star hotel, the beers were stronger. The my kids deal was a waste too, they had no longer a bag of goodies for boys so they gave my 3 year old boy a pink pig with a ribbon, son unimpressed, the next day they said they would replace it with a car but when they saw the pig was dirty they wouldn’t swap it, we were unaware of a swapping agreement, we thought they were just going to give us the car and keep the pig as well. They was no real service, we never saw the manager on the premises. When we made a mistake to do with our booking, late checkout, they said they wouldn’t reimburse us or offer an exchange. This Mercure truly gives Accird a bad name and I would recommend that Accord retrains the hotel Management to do with pleasing their loyal customers. Also the photos were really deceiving, the pool is on the roof.

I came to stay here just for the night. I am aware that this is a pretty old resort. Only good thing is it's location. It's right at Kuta beach with shops, malls and many interesting people to see. Cleanliness in general ok stage. Smallish room with weird sized balcony overlooking the courtyard. Not pretty because I got the level 2 room and its noisy too as my room was rocated just above the reception. Breakfast was on a small tight area on level 4. Rice porridge was salty - I thought it was supposed t be tasteless because we need to add the other needful stuffs such as eggs, soup and condiments to make it savory. Chicken dish was bland. Above this, the service staff were fabulous. Pillows in room were large, new and fluffy. Fantastic.

I stay 3 days 2 night in Mercure Kuta beach with the hope this is good hotel to stay since it is near the beach and Bali known for the hospitality. the room is very good, clean and well maintain. what need to be improved is in the front desk, the staffs there are working mainly for working, not trying to reach and supportive to the customer. As the front line of the hotel, sincerity, is important, and customer also feel, how they were treat. Sometimes no one is there and to call the receptionist from room also took sometimes to get answer. May be Management needs to add some staffs in Front Desk. Staffs in other area is quite good. Location of Mercure is an excellent location, so maintaining good service is something needs to be done.

初めてのバリ島旅行で、こちらのホテルにお世話になったのは、大変幸運なことだったと思う。 土地勘も何もないため、屋上からクタビーチを間近に眺めることができるということだけを決め手にして予約したが、いい意味で裏切られた。 ホテルのロビーは開放的で、南国リゾートの雰囲気十分。 ツアーでの予約のため、部屋を選択する自由はなく、部屋から海を眺めることはできなかった。しかし、部屋自体の設備や提供されたアメニティは必要にして十分だった。 朝食は、レストランでのバイキング形式。並べられるメニューは、毎日少しずつ変わり飽きなかった。食べなれているメニューに加えて、ご当地メニューが日替わりでラインナップされた。わずか3泊のみではすべてを賞味することはかなわなかった。 早い者勝ちで好きなテーブルを選ぶことができる。早めに行って、海を窓越しに眺められる座席を確保して、風に吹かれながらおいしい朝食を頂くのは至福のひとときだった。 食堂と同じ階に、宿泊者が利用できる屋上プールがあった。ビーチチェアに寝そべって夕日を眺めることができる。前情報通り、屋上からの海の眺望は素晴らしい。さらに、道を渡れば、そこがクタビーチというロケーションは、有名な夕日を堪能するのに絶好だった。 なお、このホテルに宿泊すると、3つの特典が受けられる。 一つ目は、ウエルカムドリンクとして、ロビーにあるロータスバー特製のノンアルコールカクテルを頂くことができた。二つ目は、ホテル内スパでの無料10分間マッサージ。朝食後予約もせずに飛び込みでお願いしてしまったが、たまたま空き時間であったこともあって、気持ちよく応じてくれた。わずか10分ではあったが、うつぶせになっての全身マッサージをしっかりとしてもらい、リフレッシュできた。今後受ける方は、予約することをお勧めする。 三つ目は、ロータスバーでのティーサービス。私たちは、最終日のチェックアウト後にサービスを受けたが、何の問題もなかった。また、同サービスはドリンクサービスだと勘違いしていたが、(私たちの場合は)クッキー・肉包みの揚げ物・プチケーキが添えられていた。ちょうどチェックアウト時刻が12時ということもあったが、昼食代わりにおいしく頂くことができた。 ホテル従業員の皆さんは、みな礼儀正しく、当方のつたない話をしっかり理解しようとしてくれた。 非常に気に入ったホテルであるがゆえに、あえて以下の点について改善を希望したい。ただし、これらは私たちが宿泊した部屋に基づくものであることをお断りしておく。 メーキャップのための大きな鏡はあるが、そこの前に座るための椅子がなかったこと。キャリーバッグの荷解き場所としてのバゲージラックが無かったこと。洗面台で使えるのは水のみで、温水は利用できなかったこと。些細なことかもしれないが、より快適に過ごすためのサービスとして改善をご検討願えればうれしい。 ロケーション・眺望・各種サービスとも、私たちが想像していたその上を行くものだった。おかげで、思い出に残る素晴らしい旅行となった。テレマカシー。

Spend the last night in Bali at Mercure and loved the hotel, the hotel surroundings especially the pool area which has got a great view of the beach and ocean. The location of the hotel is also convenient for exploring the area on foot. The room is spacious and very comfortable, only issue we had during our stay was that the water tap control came off and can't be closed. This was quickly rectified by the in house maintanence team. An overall memorable stay
