Familienhotel für Kinder. Ruhe und Relaxing nicht möglich. Beachclub ok. Upgrade in eine Juniorsuite war sehr gut. Restaurantqualität nicht akzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel. Schade. Lieber außerhalb essen gehen! Sehr enttäuschend! Well, what should I say… They are many Novotels all around the world. Some to relax, get rid of dayly stress from work and an exhausting city. Bali Novotel in Nusa Dua is the perfect one for parents with children. The premises are freshly renovated after Covid Time. They have a big swimming pool but less for relaxing rather than for the children with their parents to play all kind of loud watersports. Relaxing is impossible. Water in the pool not well mantained and definitely not clear and clean. I did not go inside during stay. The beach (or beach-club) is not far away. There is a minibus-shuttle every 15 minutes from the hotel and back to the hotel and good organized. Another option is to walk around ten minutes reaching it. Beach Club is ok. They have sunbeds enough and big sunpillows and provide towels. Beach is ok but sea rather rough with extremely currents. So be careful! Prices for drinks (even alcohol) there are reasonable. You can sit on a sunbed an have a nice wine in the evening. But at 19:00 hours the towelguard will come and take your towels (policy from Hotel he said) away. So it can get a little humid enjoying a good glass of wine underneath the sunbed. I was speachless. So you will get rid of your towel, but a smile from the towelmanager! Nevertheless we were upgraded on the time of arrival (as Gold member) to a very nice, big and comfortable junior suite with one bedroom and kitchen area. Room kept clean all time during stay. Breakfast very standard but as Covid time is (thanks god) in the past, many people in restaurant and generally the staff is totally overstressed. I asked for a fresh cutlery (but never reached my table). Food cold, so just decided to take a freshly made omelette. The first day our flight was delayed so we had a late lunch in the restaurant. We ordered Gado Gado, Prawns with rice, fried Loempias, veggie Loempias and a club sandwich. Gado Gado was out of stock. Loempias ok but the prawns not fresh and definitely not washed properly (the black excrements still in the prawn). This was really disgusting. Informed the staff but not even a sorry from the chefcook or the waiter was mentioned. Just the usual Indonesian smile. Club Sandwich was icecold, not crispy and felt like a wrap. For a 5 Star Hotel, really not a good start for our short vacation. So even we got 50% discount on food and 15% on beverages, we decided to eat outside the hotel. The food there was so much better and for food-quality I am fine to pay more for. I have been staying in Novotels many times. Specifically in Lombok. This place cannot be compared with the one in Bali. Lombok is a paradise, Bali a circus. I will never come back to this place for sure. If I could, I would add one star to the one in Lombok and deduct one from Bali. For a 5 star hotel, the food is unacceptable and not nicely presented on the dish as it usually should be in an expensive hotel. The breakfast place/Restaurant also dirty and sticky on the floor. As I said, for parents with children a good place to stay. But definitely NOT for people trying to relax and renew their batteries. Pick up from airport: 395.000,- ++?? In Lombok 200.000,-IDR! Distance almost the same. Well….maybe Bali prices. Bali is overrated anyway (my opinion). This was definitely my last trip to Bali. Maybe I had too much expectations and got bottomline disappointed by the Hotel. I was so looking forward to the trip, and the quality hopping to receive from a „5 Star“ Novotel. Not to be recommended (for a relaxing holiday)! Sorry, but this is my honest opinion and hopefully this review will make thinks better for future guests staying maybe longer time than we did (also looking for a quiet place) and not to buy a pig in a poke, before they book the holidays. Enjoy my staycation at Novotel Nusa Dua Bali . I staying at their one bedroom suite apartment with Spacious room included living room, kitchen, dining table, bedroom, bathroom with bathub, and terrace with swilling pool & garden view. I would say this place has beaut garden path, swimming pool, and beach club where you can relax and enjoy your staycation. They also have playground for kids and wellness area for you to stay fit while holiday. Also, all of the staff is very professional and helpful. mba indah yang di reception area juga help me untuk check in. Thanks for the hospitality!

I accidentally left items behind and Bu Fortuna took the effort to assist me to return the items. Excellent service. They deserve a 5 star review. She went out of the way to help me with the items return.

Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, Fantastic-beautiful hosts with miss indah.. Very caring and helpful.. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient for my family. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Bali.. We Will be back to this place soon..!!!
