Excellent but dirty windows

The hotel overall was very good. However the windows and balcony glass were very dirty and spoiled the view. Also the toilet tissue was very hard and unpleasant. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. The gym is excellent. Why are there no ladies working at the pool area?

From the time I made my booking with Sylvia @ Reservations, till the check in Team and conceige Corne as well Assisted, A fee issues in the room upon check in, like the curtains were off the hooks and the shower clogged and water was spilling around, otherwise mostly everything was good..

Amazing stay and kids enjoyed it. Only feedback is that even though check-in time states 3pm I did not get one of my rooms till a couple of hours later because they said that the room was not ready but to be honest that’s not my problem as I’m paying from 3pm onwards m. Secondly I had requested interconnected rooms one with double bed and other with 2 twin beds hence why I booked the premier rooms instead of normal fairmont rooms but I got 2 separate rooms that were not interconnected both with 1 double bed so my kids were not too happy about that.

The room was clean. I felt it was a luxury in terms of the finish, as the TV didn't work, some doors were damaged and worn and teary, the carpet looked old, and the windows were dirty.
