الفندق جيد لكن الغرف صغيرة جدا بعكس الصور المطروحة بموقع بوكينج عند الحجز والمطعم يوميا بنفس نوعية الأكل لا يوجد تنويع لا يوجد أما فقد سرقوا النظارة الخاصة بي وقيمتها باهضة من الغرفة عند التنظيف من قبل عاملات النظافة ولم تفعل إدارة الفندق شي مقابل ذلك التعامل ليس بجيد

Dear Noora A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We've made a careful investigation with our security team. According to our camera records last time your sun was leaving the hotel in glasses on 28th of July evening (you and he went for pizza). There were no glasses on him when you returned to hotel with pizza. The next morning (29.07), he was looking for his sunglasses in the restraint during breakfast and later when he returned to the room. No one entered his room from 28.07.23 10:01 till 29.07.23 14:11. Our maid entered the room only on 29.07.23 at 14:11 for cleaning purpose. If you come to the hotel, we are ready to give you all video records and information about lock from room 562. Maybe your son has left glasses somewhere outside of the hotel. Looking forward for your reply. Sincerely, Administration.

نظافة الفندق لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب جدران وخزائن المطبخ والابواب وجدران الحمام كان غير نظيفة الفطور يفتقر للكثير من الاصناف الاساسية مثل الاومليت انواع المخبوزات

However, we are truly sorry that the cleanliness of the hotel did not meet your expectations.
