Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay. Your comments are invaluable, and we appreciate them as they help us enhance our service. Regarding the linen, we have a sustainability program in place to minimize water consumption and waste, which is why a card is placed on the bed offering guests the option to request a linen change. We completely understand your concern and are always happy to provide fresh linens upon request. We also apologize for the issues you encountered with the trash and toilet cleaning. This is not the standard we strive for, and we will work with our housekeeping team to address these matters more consistently. Should anything be unsatisfactory during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our reception team—we are always here to assist and resolve any concerns promptly. As for the bird feces on the windows, we regularly maintain and clean the windows, including specialized services to ensure they remain spotless. Unfortunately, birds can occasionally leave marks shortly after cleaning, and we are actively exploring ways to address this issue more effectively. We are dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to improve your experience in the future.
