Located 25 minutes from Almaty airport. Nice rooms but stuffy at night as too noisy to open window because of traffic noise. Slow wifi. Moderate breakfast. OK for one night.

Nice Stay at Mercure Almaty

It was a nice experience. It's in the city center and is on the main road, near Arbat Street. The room was nice and well-furnished; the bathroom was spacious. The room had mountain view - you can see the ranges at a distance. Staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was nice. Check-in is quick, but for check-out, you need to wait for their staff member to check the mini-bar and report, which may take a little while.
