Great service, great room, lovely breakfast. The recepetionists were always ready to help. When we needed to prolong the chwckput and store luggage, things went smoothly and quickly

It's a great modern hotel. A little out of the way but easy access via a taxi, I recommend the Bolt app, you can get Uber, but I did not have the app, large open plan reception, bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and very clean.

Great place to stay for a few nights.

I stayed here for three nights, and booking this hotel was a great decision. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast, some of the hot meals weren’t really hot, and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly (I pressed the cappuccino button and got only hot water with milk instead). All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel, even though it had a few minor flaws.

Trams are off do not stay here

I stay here regularly as it has a tram stop right outside that goes into various parts of city every few minutes including Krakow Glowny train station for links to the airport This time I only found out after arriving the tram line here is closed for THREE MONTHS which is a real inconvenience especially when I have to leave at 5am for flight, which now means additional cost of taxis I suggested to the staff they should have informed people the trams were off and they said they couldn’t due to data protection which is absolute nonsense and more likely they don’t want to tell people as they will probably cancel and book elsewhere which is exactly what I’d have done had I known in advance So if you don’t want extra expense of taxis or risking a packed bus service that isn’t so regular then I’d recommend you stay somewhere else for the next three months The hotel itself is great but the tram connections now nake it a no go for me in future

We understand how frustrating the tram line closure must have been — especially given the early hour of your departure and the added inconvenience of arranging alternative transport. Unfortunately, this was part of a city infrastructure project, completely beyond our control, and affecting several routes across Kraków. While there are limitations regarding guest contact outside reservation platforms, we recognize there’s always room to improve how we manage guest expectations during unexpected situations. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 12, but we were allowed to leave our bags and go off exploring. There’s a tram stop outside the hotel and 2stops takes you to the old town. 4zlt each, validate your ticket when on the tram. An Uber is the same price. Our room was clean and tidy with a recycling bin (emptied daily). We were told rooms only got cleaned every 4 days, so we’d miss it, but this didn’t bother us. Bathroom had hand/hair/body wash at the sink and in the shower. Decent hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for even the fussiest of eaters. I’m vegetarian and didn’t struggle, was told the sausage was lovely. We were out on a trip early on Monday, so Sunday I asked if we could have breakfast to go. We picked up our breakfast bag on Monday morning, was lovely! As we weren’t needing to leave to get to the airport till 5pm ish, we left our bags in the luggage room and came back for them . The staff we had dealings with were great and I’d definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work you lovely people and thank you.
